“Good place but a bit far away”
+Clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. There is no reception so you can check in and out by yourself. I didn’t use the kitchen but it’s nice to have.
−Location is a bit far from anything. You have to walk a bit to the next bus stop, and then take the bus/train to go somewhere. And since public transport stops around 10/11pm you have to plan a bit ahead when you want to return, otherwise you’ll risk missing the last bus. Not the fault of the property but something to be aware of.

+The location was a short walk to the subway. It was close to convenience stores and some restaurants. The accommodation was comfortable as a base.

+It was pretty spacious for 3 people.
−The location is awful. It says it’s in Shibuya which is true but there is no train/subway station in the subsect/ward that KKhouse is in. The closest train stations were 15 minute walks in either direction, which got to be very exhausting and made commutes longer than they needed to be. Also in a residential area, not much going on in terms of restaurants or things to do. Commuting from here was very inconvenient.

“Good place for a couple only”
+10 minutes to metro, nice and calm neighborhood.
−The sofa is not very soft, even with additional futon. The futon which can be used as a third bed is very thin and is not good for sleeping. The area in front of the bathroom is separated only by a curtain, which can cause inconvenience for people.

+Super bien equipado, muy cerca de un supermercado, limpio y el anfitrion contestó los mensajes muy rapido. Muy recomendable.

+L'appartamento è più grande della media degli appartamenti, tutto come da descrizione, posizione vicino alla metro circa 10 minuti. Lo consiglio. Le mail del personale sono arrivate in tempo per il check in e il codice della porta tutto molto semplice

+El apartamento es muy cómodo. Tenia todo lo necesario. Estaba muy limpio. Y la anfitriona muy amable, te ayuda en todo momento con lo que necesites. La zona es tranquila. A unos 15 minutos andando de la estacion de tren
−No tiene ascensor, para ir con maletas cuesta un poco. La tv no funciona

“Estancia perfecta en Tokio”
+El apartamento es bastante amplio y caben perfectamente 4 personas entre el sofá cama y la cama de matrimonio. La ducha y el baño están separados, lo que es muy cómodo y la cocina es perfectamente funcional. El apartamento está bien comunicado con transporte público y es rápido llegar a Shinjuku. El alojamiento cuenta con lavadora lo cual es muy práctico en viajes largos. También cuenta con TV y el Wifi funciona muy bien. El edificio cuenta con paraguas de cortesía en caso de lluvia y hay una máquina de bebidas en la entrada, además de una tienda de conveniencia a escasos 3 minutos.
−El alojamiento no contaba con ascensor y subir y bajar las maletas se hace complicado, ya que los escalones son altos.
