+Clean, nice enough room, hot shower, good location.
−It was loud outside infusing in the night. We booked the no windows room as it was cheaper but there was windows in a high up skylight-like mezzanine which had no curtains so woke us up with the sun. There were weird smells coming into the room at points, including a strong barbecue smell from somewhere. We had Aircon but also a separate vent blowing in air from somewhere else. We were woken up on our last day by an emergency alarm and all went to the lobby. It proved to be nothing apparently - no explanation given.

“Budget friendly gem, clean and nice hotel on edge of Chinatown”
+This was a great find in Singapore. It's located right on edge of Chinatown, so very walkable to shops, restaurants, and the MRT transportation system. The hotel staff were so very nice and helpful to explain everything to us about our rooms and the kitchen area and helped direct us to MRT stations and had a very handy map for us to get around town!!! Our room was small, however very clean and efficient for the area and our price. This was a budget find in Singapore but so clean and a very safe area. We were a group of women travelers and felt very safe walking around town day and night. I would stay here again. Bathroom was small. But it had comfortable ( a bit on firm side) beds and linens, clean environment. I loved the location. Easy access to get around town. So if you are seeking a good priced hotel in Singapore, this is a great choice. It is easy to hop on the MRT and go easily to the bay area and gardens, without paying high prices to stay near there. Great pick for budget minded travelers!!!!

+Great location in Chinatown near a lot of hawker stalls, MRT, and most other Singapore sights. Friendly staff, easy check-in/check out process.
−The room was slightly on the smaller side, but okay for our short stay.

“Cozy and Reasonably Priced, Close to Chinatown and Major Attractions”
+Excellent location, walking distance to transit, great restaurants, and Chinatown. Very close to all major sight-seeing attractions. The small Ganesha temple next door is a must visit, if you have the time. Very safe and walkable, even at night time.

+The location is excellent near everything I needed.
−The room that I booked the proportion and bathroom layout was not functional to use. The layout of the rain shower is a massive miss for me since the layout forced us the make the floor wet all the time both entering and exiting the bathroom. However, overall of oir stay was good.
