“Disappointing rip off”
+The location was close to the historic part of town.
−The hotel was dirty, it probably was not painted or upgraded in 20 years. The corridors were long and dark and had not been hoovered in weeks. The breakfast was poor and tasteless. The clientele that stayed there Monday to Friday appeared to be mostly construction workers. The hotel was very cold. Once the heating went off, the room was almost immediately cold. There was a huge draft coming from the window. It was not worth the nearly 900 euros we paid for three nights.

“Not the worst stay I’ve experienced, just the second worst, won’t be returning.”
+It’s availability on short notice and reasonable price compared to others in the area
−Bed was awful, sheets were scratchy, pillows were useless, tv was glitchy, half the lights didn’t work, there was stains all over the walls, bathroom was confined, shower was miserable, there were only two towels for three people, just poor management in general.

“Overpriced for the quality of the condition of the rooms and amenities.”
+Restaurant was decent.
−Room smelled of spoiled food, carpet felt dirty, and sheets stained.

“Not again.”
+The pool area looked nice and the arcade. Probably newly renovated. The rest would have needed the update much more.
−Almost everything. At arrival we thought at first its looking kind of ok, but the rooms…no words for that. Dirty, old, very worn down, my husband even had old pee stains at his bed under the sheets. I couldn’t shower in the bathroom because it was just horrible. So we can definitely not recommend it.

“Nice place to stay”
+The room was comfortable, nice and clean. The gentleman at the lobby desk was super friendly and helpful.
−The ice machine was too far away from our room. There should have been one on our floor. We asked all week to get closet doors put back on, but was never done and was not even offered a discount on the room for that inconvenience. Everytime we opened the door to the room, it would hit those doors and keep us from being able to open the door wide when we needed to.

+Convenient location; very clean; quiet
−For the price I expected a TV with more than 6 channels, a toilet that flushed properly and a confusing layout

“Will never stay at this place again. Way too expensive for a very out dated hotel and broken heater.”
+Location
−The heater in the room was broken so no heat. I told the management and they had a repair guy come in who said yes it wasn’t working and couldn’t get it to work and when we asked if we could move to another room they said they didn’t have another room and brought us some blankets. It was below freezing.
