“A hidden gem”
+Tim and Teresa have put in an incredible amount of love and effort into their place, and you get a chance to share it. This is a massive house where some of the bedrooms were converted to host guests. The location is by a small river, it's really peaceful and serene. Each room has its own character. Tim and Teresa, the couple who own the house, are clearly doing it because they love doing it, and you can really feel it. Everything was spotless. The breakfast they made for us when we stayed was really delicious, as were the cookies. The fact that they are trying to minimize single-use cups and plastics is so nice too! And they even gave us a goodbye card with nice wishes! If you are in the area and you want a home away from home feel, stay with them - it will be a very memorable experience.

“Exceptional hosts with a beautiful home!”
+Theresa and Tim were incredibly kind hosts with a gorgeous home, conveniently located right at the base of Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park. From greeting us at the door, to offering a full breakfast in the morning and sending us off with fresh baked cookies, we truly couldn't have asked for more! Our room was very spacious and quiet. We left fully rested and recharged for a full weekend in the parks!

“Very congenial hosts, lovely home, and comfortable accommodation with several amenities.”
+This was a very nice B&B in a quiet neighborhood about 20 or 30 minutes from Fresno. The house was immaculate. Rooms comfortable and very satisfactory. The proprietors were hospitable beyond expectations. Fresh-baked cookies, and an excellent breakfast. There were several other couples and I think one lone person sharing the very large house with the owners. Great conversation at the breakfast table. They accommodated our late arrival (we had checked in during the afternoon, but had an activity that kept us out until after 10 PM).
−The only minor awkwardness was a shared bathroom, which meant some waiting in the morning, before we could take care of our morning hygiene. The bathroom was clean and tidy and well furnished, but we needed to wait for a few minutes for our turn. It was no problem on a lazy Sunday morning, since our activities were planned later in the day. However, it we had had a tight schedule in the morning, it might have been a little dicey. FYI, breakfast - homemade - was at 8AM. Again not a problem for our stay, but could be an issue if one had early activities or wanted to sleep in.

“Great hosts, great property, great location, great value”
+Where to start! This B&B is exceptional. Teresa and Tim are so hospitable you immediately feel at home and very comfortable. The house is stunning with the Kings River flowing along the back of the extensive lawn. Our room had a private balcony area which was a joy to sit on in the morning and evening. Breakfast was amazing - all freshly cooked with many homemade options. We wanted to head out early one morning so we were given a packed breakfast that included fresh fruit with Chantilly cream! Sitting and chatting with Teresa and Tim was so easy and we had so many shared interests. They clearly love hosting, nothing is too much trouble and our room and all the amenities were a very high standard. We will be back in the spring for the Orange blossom Also, their little dog, Puck, is a real sweetie!

“The unique place and hosts”
+We stayed there for just one night, but the hospitality was exceptional. We will remember the owners for a long time , they were incredibly kind and took great care of all their guests. The house has a unique style, with beautifully themed rooms. The neighborhood was also calm and safe, with an incredible view and access to the river. P.S. Once again, thank you for your wonderful hospitality! We’re still waiting for the cookie recipe. :)
