“Lovely and perfect for a single night, but wouldn’t recommend for a long stay”
+It was a proper little English pub with some rooms on the first floor. I felt completely welcomed and included by both the staff and the regulars. The bed was also really comfortable and both check in and check out were incredibly easy. It was also extremely good value for money, and I’ll definitely come back if I have any morning flights in the future!
−The rooms are very dated and the bathroom was tiny - I had to leave the bathroom door open to use the loo because otherwise my knees were touching the door! There was also only one available plug socket in the room and the walls were very thin, so I was woken up at 6:30am when another guest was leaving

“Good value, comfortable - just need to check the locks in the rooms for safety reasons”
+Nice staff, food and comfortable rooms
−I booked three rooms. One of the rooms my friends could not unlock from the inside. They had to pass the key under the door for others in our party to unlock it from the outside. We were going to leave a note for the staff so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else, but our taxi arrived for early morning pick up.

“2 happy people”
+We stayed at The King William for 1 night because we had an early flight at Luton airport. We chose very well. Lovely pub, lovely staff. Even tho its couple mins to airport its a 'country pub'. We really enjoyed it and lovely room we had too. Would recommend a stay here.

“Great for 1 night stop over”
+The staff were helpful and the food very large but tasty
−The room we have stayed before in an ordinary room this one was supposed to be delivered luxe but the only difference was tea and coffee facility, the mattress was on a wooden plank and not very comfortable hence sleep quality wasn't good. The wet room did not dry out until the morning hence had to be very careful not to slip when using the toilet

“Accommodated me even though I had booked the wrong night!”
+I actually booked for the wrong night and turned up a day late! The staff were great though - found me a room and even offered me a discount (which I didn’t deserve!) I stay here often because not only is it a very beautiful little hotel, but it is very well located and incredible value for money. Customer service is top class too

“The place to stay if flying from Luton”
+The property is in a rural location, but only 10 mins away from Luton Airport… an ideal location if you are travelling abroad. The cost of the room was very reasonable. The room is a little tired, but perfectly clean and comfortable. The pub is a little rustic, which is good. The food was excellent and really good value for money. Staff likewise in the pub and hotel were excellent. Lots of free parking spaces. We will hopefully, be staying here again when we fly from Luton.
−This would have been a 10 out of 10 review, had we not been woken by someone trying to get into the room, only to find out it was a member of staff checking. There had been a clerical error of some sort. We had not been checked in on their system properly…. She was ever so embarrassed and apologetic so I am not worried about it. Mistakes can happen
