+Clean enough and kitchen has everything you need. The living room is comfy. The location is good
−The walls are not very thick, you can actually hear your neighbours if the sound is slightly above normal

+Great location, close to the water bus and not very far from the train station. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby.
−The air conditioner did not cool the room and was very noisy.

+The check-in and out was easy, clearly communicated by the staff before my arrival. My room was small but clean and air-conditioned.
−A small minus is the entrance to the venue that is a long dark corridor soaked with the smells coming from the neighbouring restaurants. However, I assumed this is quite typical for the Venetian architecture.

“Feels like home”
+We stayed five nights at the Kings garden hotel. It was a wonderful stay. It s very cosy and comfort, like a house with common spaces. Everything perfect and very clean. There is a beautiful patio where you can sit. Also the localisation is very good, in the center but at the same time far from all the noises and crowds.
−Everything was perfect
