“Extremely poor experience from start to finish. We were forced to change rooms multiple times due to poor organization,”

“Stay away from this place. It's a scam!”
−Beware of this place! They'll overbook and move you to a different location that's not worth what you paid. I found out they deleted their old booking page, which had tons of bad reviews, just to start fresh and trick people into thinking they're a new business!

−We booked an airconditioned room, but the aircon is not functioning well. We need to use an additional electric fan. There was a misrepresentation on their advertisement. There was no wifi. What is worst, the room we booked is occupied by other guests. We have to sleep in another room on our 1st night of stay and transfer on the following day. Since we have a tour and need to leave early, we just left our things, and they told us that the staff will just transfer our things to the room we actually booked. Unfortunately, when we got back after our tour, we were shocked because our room is still unavailable. There are other guests occupying our room, and we had to wait for them to vacate and clean the room.

“Would not recommend at all”
+Not a lot
−Bed was a mattress on the floor, no toilet seat, flooding bathroom, rusty shower, ant infestation, no room cleaning, no toilet roll. No one ever at reception to talk to.

“Amazing location and friendly staff. however rooms, facilities and communication really lacking”
+We had a great time at the Kimura beachfront, with breakfast included outside your room basically on the beach it was pretty special. We arrived at 8am (check in 12-2) and they were very helpful and arranged early check in for us as soon as they could. The location is perfect, walking distance to pier for tours, restaurants along the beach and a short 7min ride in the heart of El Nido it was honestly great. The man working on site was very helpful and very friendly The beach is quiet literally at your doorstep with stunning views
−Unfortunately our room had a horrible smell, and although it was basically clean, some of the room is being eaten away buy termites and we had ants in our toiletries We also had no hot water for the entirety of our stay and when we asked for help they said they would arrange a technician but no one ever came and it was never fixed There is also no Wifi connection in your room and limited outside, the best connection was in the reception area but with beachfront views it was still a nice place to sit The man working there was so helpful but their often wasnt anyone around when you needed help, you would have to go searching or wait until someone popped up
