+Comfortable room in a good location
−Very difficult to get in. Limited arrival time.e and the owner was not even there during this time. We had to go in search of her.

+Clean and the area was beautiful.
−The staff was rude and they had no Wi-Fi even thought it said they did. Also poor cell coverage. Lots of rules that seemed overzealous.

“Beautiful character property”
+The location was great only 10 minutes from Loch Ness Urquhart Castle and a short d4ive 20-25 minutes from Fort Augustus. Entry is through the big red door at the front of the property which is l9cked and you will need to ring bell and wait for someone to respond The room was lovely and tastefully decorated and the bed was comfy. Had a lovely view from our window too. There's a coop, Italian and some local pubs for food too.
−The bathroom window had a lock missing which left 3 holes and a draft although wasn't too bad during our stay could be cold and drafty in winter The message/directions from the owners was a little abrupt and the links didn't work I'm sure they have had visitors calling at their neighbours in the past but the property is actually easy to locate and if what3words were provided it would avoid any confusion in the future. Entry is through the big red door at the front of the property which is l9cked and you will need to ring bell and wait for someone to respond - a note on the door would be helpful

+Good location, close to the town with sufficient parking. The room is very clean with a provided coffee machine and hot water kettle.
−The so called free internet does not exist.

“Would stay there again”
+Very beautiful location. Charlotte our host was so lovely and welcoming. 10 minute walk to restaurants, so no need to drive. Beautiful country side.

“Sehr schöne Location im Grünen, tolles Zimmer”
+Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist toll, eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage im Grünen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war unfassbar bequem. Es gab einen Kühlschrank, eine Dusche, einen Wasserkocher, etliche Kaffees, Tees und Kekse und sogar eine Nespressomaschine. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

“Prachtige locatie, desondanks niet voor herhaling vatbaar”
+De ligging is prachtig, em het is een heel mooi oud pand, kamers waren schoon, wel wat spinnenwebben aan de lampen.
−De introductie was 1 grote parade van wat er allemaal niet mocht, niet toegestaan was en waar we allemaal een boete voor konden krijgen. Ontbijt zat niet in de prijs inbegrepen (wat we ons op zich wel voor konden stellen) maar het was ook erg beperkt en zou alleen met cash betaald kunnen worden. We kregen door dit alles sterk de indruk dat de gastvrouw haar bedrijf met grote tegenzin runde. Weliswaar onze eigen fout dat we van tevoren de waslijst aan regels/instructies niet voor de volle 100% gelezen hebben. In de ochtend ondanks bellen en zoeken was onze gastvrouw nergens te bekennen dus hebben we de sleutels maar naast het gastenboek in de welkomsthal gelegd, hiervan een foto genomen en vervolgens haar een bericht gestuurd, hier werd niet op gereageerd.

“Gran ubicación, confortable”
+La casa es preciosa y la tienen muy cuidada, tienen tres secuoyas impresionantes en el jardín que dan un ambiente de cuento al alojamiento. La habitación es confortable, tiene de todo y en nuestro caso daban las vistas a la parte delantera desde las que podíamos ver a las vacas directamente pastando, increíble. El alojamiento además, está bien ubicado a 7 minutos andando del pueblo, y a menos de diez del Castillo de Urquhart y el lago Ness.
−La hora del check-in es demasiado temprana (antes de las 19h) lo que te genera cierto estrés a la llegada, más que nada porque son muy estrictos con el horario y si no llegas a tiempo no te atienden y al final si vas haciendo recorrido en el viaje los tiempos pueden demorarse.
