“Kilaloe and Ballina”
+The staff, the location, size of room, cleanliness all very good, and the view. Breakfast in room was good, but could have done with some salt... And butter not being left on hot toast... As it was liquid...
−We booked a double bed, but it was 2 single divan beds pushed together, which was not as comfy.

+We loved the location, the bar, and the food. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
−We were given a room with an awful smell, and then we requested a move. What I didn't like was that the hotel was not busy and that the smell was obvious, so why put us there. The spa area was under renovation.

+Lovely location with good food
−No lift to rooms. Stairs steps were too narrow and steep.

“Wonderful Birthday Night Away”
+The Hotel was lovely, we had a wonderful stay, the food was gorgeous and plentiful, the staff were so helpful and always greeted you with a smile, will definitely be going back.
−There wasn't anything we didn't like, the only thing I would say is the bar felt more like it was onto the restaurant, I felt it needed more of a pub vibe but that's just something very small

“Ci ritornerei”
