“Loved our stay”
+The room was very clean and well run. And I really liked being able to make some food in the little kitchen in the morning.
−There was a lot of stairs which can't be helped. That would be the only negative thing

“Terrible”
+Nothing
−The list is long: 1. It’s difficult to rate staff as there is no such…you need to self check in, enter the place the room, all with codes, and this would not be a problem, but with your concern, complains or issue you can’t reach out to anyone… 2. Oh, the only staff there: cleaning ladies are coming strictly to clean the dormitory around 8am, turning on crazy loud music on their phone and give a sh*t about guests, who eventually might want to rest a bit longer…check out is at 10, so I guess they should come for cleaning before that time… they even throw the curtain at my bed, to see if I’m still there…and then waited next to my bed for me to leave…hours before check out time 3. I was not sure if it’s really a hotel or a homeless shelter… 4. The room for 16 people is basically in the basement, with no window or any chance to fresh air…you can imagine the smell…and it’s so extremely tight small place, in case of an emergency, would be impossible to evacuate everyone in safety…I’m really disappointed, and would recommend everyone to avoid the place!!!

“Comfortable beds, nice room but unwelcoming and scary location”
+The room was clean, tidy and the beds were comfortable. Early check in was allowed.
−The location felt very unsafe and frightening, we had to get Ubers as we didn’t feel safe walking in the area. The hostel were very difficult to get hold of on the phone and on messages much made check in stressful however we were able to check in early which was good

“spartano ed essenziale.”
+struttura relativamente pulita.
Tutto molto spartano, essenziale e approssimativo. Peccato.
