+Friendly staff, tried to help us book bus tickets and hire a bike. Was okay. Clean ish. Wasn’t expecting the world.
−Our door to the balcony had a massive gap underneath it. Lots of bugs kept coming in. Had to put our bags in front in the middle of the night. Less than ideal

“Excellent budget option”
+Rather jaded and shabby looking, could do with redecorating , but comfortable enough with a nice big balcony with excellent views. Staff very helpful and they organised our onward travel to Pakse efficiently. All in all a very good budget option.

+The location is very central, close the Mekong River, with coffee shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful, kind, and accommodating. The A/C works quite well and the room was clean and spacious. A lovely little balcony with plants overlooking a beautiful memorial (temple type building). They have everything you need, from bike rentals, taxi service (much better than a tuk-tuk), bus tickets, and laundry service.
−The wifi doesn't work very well, it kept disconnecting on my phone. Almost impossible to even load an email.

“Bus tickets are random”
+The guest house is in a good location and rent out motorbikes.
−The whole.experience was spoiled because I specifically booked a single bed sleeper bus to Vientiane at reception and was guaranteed this, but now I'm on the bus and I'm sharing a tiny space with a smelly old man. So even if you booked something with them there is no guarantee you'll get what you think you've paid for.

+Franchement top même avec une salle de bain partagée c’était propre et super spacieux. Niveau location de scoot les prix sont intéressants et les gérants sont arrangeants sur le retour du scoot plus tôt ou plus tard que prévu.

−1) Llegamos 7.30 am, el check in es a la 1.pm preguntamos si podíamos ingresar a la habitacion antes (si estava disponíble) nos dijeron q si pero q teniamos q pagar mas ! Asi q nos quedamos esperando horas en la recepcion, al final fue dia perdido..2. el hostal cierra temprano. Tuve hambre a las 10.pm y no pude salir, te dejan encerrado

“Médiocre”
+Nous avons pris une chambre une première nuit, avec douche partagée, la chambre avait du moisi au mur c’était vraiment pas top … nous n’avions pas réserve de deuxième nuit mais sur place la jeune fille a l’accueil nous a proposé une chambre pour 2€ plus cher même pas avec sdb prive, qui était très bien. En revenant de la loop l’homme qui est certainement le gérant de l’hostel était beaucoup moins sympa ! On lui a demandé s’il lui restait une chambre et nous a clairement dis non en partant pour s’occuper d’un autre problème. Bizarre sur booking il reste une chambre … je demande donc à une autre personne qui me dit la même chose je suis obligée de réserver sur booking et payer 7€ de plus que la dernière nuit. L’homme me stipule que je n’avais pas la même chambre la dernière fois bref … mauvaise foie
