“Perfect place to stay to explore Suffolk or just to enjoy an overnight stay when attending a wedding down the road at Ea”
+Gorgeous lodge…..we were in Maple. Spacious, clean, everything we needed for an overnight stay.

“Unfortunately not value for money”
+Breakfast was adequate Sunday morning. The room and all facilities were nice and clean.
−Unfortunately no meals available Saturday evening, no breakfast available Monday morning and Wifi switched off Monday morning. Walkway not disabled friendly from bar area to room.

“Pleasant stay”
+Hotel located near wedding value. Staff friendly and welcoming. Nice room. Option to pay for early check in or late check out.
−On Monday morning there was no breakfast, wifi, or staff around as pub was closed - breakfast in a bag would’ve been a nice gesture. Room not cleaned during stay, but not really an issue as we weren’t there long.

−Kept awake by over the top sexual activity coming from “staff only’ room. Not a great way to run a business, no respect for paying guests, shame on you.

“Beautiful setting, great pub, lovely staff. Would recommend!”
+Really stunning location, the woodland room had a lovely little garden area backing out onto the woods which was lovely to sit in. The room we stayed in was just around the back of the pub so you can get a quiet nights sleep if the pub has an event on. The staff are all so lovely and the pub is so nice we would absolutely go back! Even though it was so hot the staff gave us their only fan to help us cool down the room! We would absolutely come back (perhaps in spring when it’s a bit cooler) to enjoy the room properly.
−If we are being really really picky, we unfortunately stayed during the heatwave and there was no aircon so the room did get quite hot, not the hotel’s fault and not sure there would be anywhere nearby that did have those facilities. We left the doors open and even with minimal lighting had so many bugs fly in but that is to be expected of a room by the woodlands!

+Quirky accommodation
−Too hot, no fan or air con in hot weather. Mattress really soft. No bin for rubbish. Nowhere to hang clorhes except 2 hooks on bathroom door

“Charming country pub/accommodations close to Easton Grange wedding venue.”
+We attended a wedding at the nearby Easton Grange and this hotel was very close by. The food was really lovely.
−We arrived in a heatwave and there were no fans or air conditioning so it was very warm in the rooms.

“Very dissatisfied.”
+The location was convenient for our plans.
−Almost everything. There were spiders, bugs and cobwebs all throughout ‘the willow’ room. The bed was uncomfortable and could hear absolutely every word from our neighbours.
