“Pleasant stay, lively neighbourhood”
+It was a spacious property. Location is at 15 mints walk to Aya Sophia and Sultan Ahmed mosque. Very lively neighborhood with late night loud music outside but windows were sound proof so barely impact your sleep if you are with children and elderly. Cleaner lady , Noora was great. Cleaned our apartment everyday without asking. Brother Adam was very cooperative. Wiated for us fo late check-in (11pm). Wi-fii was perfect. Small kitchen was good enough for making tea or small meal if you have your own cooking pots. Property was at first floor which was not mentioned but was ok with us. Beds were comfortable. Some tasty and cheap food options available nearby. Toilet was avveptable, could do better.
−I would suggest replacing hanging ceiling lights. Ceilings were low so me 5 - 9' nd son 6 ft hit our heads a couple of times so better to replace with something not hanging that low. One of the A.C could be a bit noisy in the night with disturbs the sleep.

“Chambres privées bien pour routards peu exigeants !”
+C'était un très bon prix, merci ! C'était propre même si un peu vétuste... sympa d'avoir un réfrigérateur et bouilloire. Le personnel très aimable. Quartier sympa avec beaucoup de restos (bruit et musique le soir à prévoir) A savoir : Ce n'est plus un hôtel mais juste encore des chambres avec kitchenette et canapé/fauteuil. La photo de l'entrée au rez-de-chaussée n'est plus bonne (rez-de-chaussée avec un autre commerce), plus de signalétique Kervanchi, juste une porte d'immeuble fermée avec clavier digicode, si votre téléphone est déchargé ou sans forfait vous êtes bloqués dehors).
−Pour info : Il y a des escaliers raides à grimper même pour la chambre la plus inférieure (cela ne m'a pas dérangé j'ai même voulu avoir une chambre au 4e étage avec une meilleure vue sur la ville et la mer, mais notez cela si vous avez des valises lourdes) Sinon : la cuisine n'est plus bien équipée (pas de micro-ondes, vieille plaques, vaisselle simpliste et pas de café/thé/sucré, il faut tout acheter) Attention : paiement avec carte bancaire ne fonctionne pas (là en tout cas octobre 2026), il faut payer en espèces ou sinon ils proposent de payer dans un autre commerce (j'ai retiré des billets)
