“Cheap and good for the price, but wished for better communication”
+Good location, good price, comfortable bed
−Owner kept asking for ID/passport picture but this cannot be provided on booking.com chat, and after some back and forth they provided an email. The PIN provided in the instructions before arrival was old and did not work anymore, so I had to wait 20 minutes in a nearby restaurant until the owner sent me the new PIN.

“Overpriced”
+not bad location, but close to noisy road.
−10 pages of rules you MUST NOT do, lamp turns off every 10seconds while you eat, funny smelling sheets.

+That price, for that location? It's a great deal! The quiet hours of 20:00 to 8:00 are amazing. The beds and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. You're a 3-minute walk from the Keleti train station, there's a bus station almost right outside the door, there's also a tram and a metro station extremely close by. The owners are very polite.
−Really, there are only a few minor issues that, when resolved, make it easily a 10/10 location, possibly the best one in Budapest in my opinion. The internet tends to disconnect from time to time, the windows could be more air- and sound-tight, and the automatic lights in the kitchen, toilet and especially the bathroom turn themselves off way too quickly.

“Ok, ale bez rewelacji”
+Lokalizacja

To zase dojedu.
No nic jsem nedostal.

Hluk z ulice nebyl vůbec slyšet do bytu. K dispozici je i kuchyňka. Rád se sem vrátím.
−Málo odhlučněné dveře z pokoje do společných prostor.
