“Good value for money”
+* Very good food with plenty of variety. The desserts were beautifully presented and of excellent quality, and there was a great selection of fresh fruit. * Being able to rent a wheelchair at the hotel was a huge help for our family. Although it was not in the best condition, it made all the difference when my father's mobility unexpectedly deteriorated. Without it, our holiday would have been ruined. This is the main reason I'm giving the hotel a 10. * Friendly and helpful staff who listened to our requests and did their best to accommodate them throughout our stay. * Bathrobes, slippers, a minibar and beach towels were all provided. * A lovely warm indoor pool. * A nice outdoor playground for children. * A couple of self-service coffee machines serving excellent freshly ground coffee with real milk. * Milk was always available in the lobby or restaurant. * No steps inside the rooms on the 1-st floor. * A spacious room with three proper beds. * Despite the hotel being scheduled for renovation, all facilities remained open and operational. * Overall, good value for money, especially considering the affordable price.
−* Poor soundproofing between rooms. On several nights, noise from neighbouring guests kept us awake. * Cigarette smoke. There is a huge smoking section in the restaurant, and smoking is allowed on all balconies, making it difficult to escape the smell. * We booked two rooms and requested well in advance that they be close to each other. Unfortunately, we were only given rooms on the same floor, quite far apart. The first three rooms we were offered also failed to meet our main requirements: being close to the lift and having no steps inside. * No proper blackout curtains. The rooms were already very bright after 7 am, and the curtains themselves were partially detached and left hanging throughout our stay. * Loud evening entertainment until 11 pm. It was practically impossible to fall asleep before it finished. * Small, overcrowded lifts with long waiting times. We often ended up taking the stairs, while my elderly parents had to wait in line for a lift. * Extremely firm, springy mattresses that felt almost as hard as wood. * No showers, changing rooms or toilets directly in the indoor pool area. −Some guests are smoking in the rooms and ventilation brings the smell to the corridors and room premises. Staff could be more strict about smoking. Hotel needs some renovation, but everything is perfectly functioning.

“I would not recommend it”
+Friendly and welcoming staff , not everyone, of course, but overall, the staff leaves a good impression
−This hotel is nowhere near a five-star standard. Perhaps it was 20 years ago, but today it barely qualifies as a decent four-star hotel. Everything is old, worn out, cracked, broken, or poorly patched up. The hotel is also badly designed, with uneven surfaces and plenty of places to trip. Someone had defecated in a beach changing cabin, and it wasn’t cleaned for an entire week, making it unusable. We checked in as three guests, yet it took two days to get a third set of bathrobes, slippers, and other essentials. Overall, the hotel is outdated, poorly maintained, and completely fails to meet its advertised standards. I would not recommend it.

+Nagyon jó helyen van, tiszta, tele programokkal így rosszabb idő esetén sem unatkoztunk. Étel-ital választék bőséges, kedves a személyzet. Jól éreztük magunkat.
−A beltéri játszóház egy másik épületben van, így ha esik az eső akkor nincs nyitva.

“Profondamente rilassante”
+La bellezza del luogo, la grandissima quantità di servizi inclusi nel prezzo, la qualità e la varietà del cibo, la tariffa "all inclusive" che permette di fare tutto in modo più rilassato, la gentilezza del personale.
−Benché nell'insieme la struttura sia molto bella, ci sono qua e là alcuni difetti che in in un hotel a 5 stelle non ci si aspetta di trovare. Per esempio, la porta del frigo bar era rotta e quando l'ho aperto per la prima volta mi è rimasta letteralmente in mano. Quando ho tolto il caricatore del telefono dalla presa a muro, questa è venuta via insieme a tutti gli interruttori della luce (anche se poi sono riuscito a rimettere tutto a posto). La sedia era troppo bassa rispetto alla scrivania, il che rendeva scomodo scrivere al computer. Qua e là, soprattutto nel bagno, la vernice era un po' scrostata e sulla scrivania c'erano alcune macchie che non venivano via. Anche le tovaglie del ristorante a volte avevano qualche macchia. Infine, diversi membri dello staff, pur molto gentili, hanno difficoltà a comunicare perché non sanno quasi nulla di inglese. Comunque, si tratta di problemi minori, che nulla tolgono alla bellezza complessiva del soggiorno.
