“Atmosphere created by host Alex.. best experience, close to everything”
+The best accomodation experience in Yerevan. Alex exceptionally care about our comfort. Due to this energy I met lots of nice people and spent incredible days in city..
−except blinking light in kitchen, there is nothing to mention..

“TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY IN YEREVAN IF YOU'RE A SOLO TRAVELER”
+A basic concept to keep in mind is this: just because no one complains about something, doesn't mean everything is fine. This is a very flawed concept that the staff uses, and using it as a response to a customer definitely tells you that you have no way to defend your position.
−I'm going to explain why I gave it this title, without exaggerating, without playing the victim, and stating things exactly as they happened, without misinterpretation on my part. 1. Insisting on that argument as if they were talking to someone who is traveling for the first time is just stupid. 2. The hostel is located in a basement, the room has no ventilation and has a strong smell of body odor. 3. When I mentioned this to the staff so they would open the windows, they told me they were going to turn on the air conditioner. Just so you know, an air conditioner does not ventilate a room, it recirculates the indoor air by cooling or heating it. This is something I explained to the staff, but their poor understanding of the concept made them insist that this would solve the problem, and they implied that I was being closed-minded to their solution. 4. The top bunk bed had no mattress (I'm talking about a real mattress, not a makeshift one. See photos). 5. Because of that, you can practically feel the wooden slats of the bunk across your entire back, which will cause you tremendous back pain, like the one it caused me. It's impossible to sleep like that. Faced with a situation like

“Pleasant homey stay”
+(1) Walking distance (10-20 minutes) to bus station, museums, squares and other tourist attractions (2) Alex is kind, hard-working and efficient. He needs more sleep though. (3) A fully -equipped kitchen.
−(1)The room with 8 people can get hot and stuffy. Make sure to tell Alex to turn on AC for ventilation. (2) Toilets and bathrooms need more hooks and shelves. Toilets have no sink to wash your hands. (3) Need more trash cans throughout the hostel.

“Ok per una notte. Posizione perfetta.”

“In pieno centro”
+Posizione fantastica, camera basica con il necessario. Buona la pressione dell'acqua in bagno
−Andrebbe un pochino rimodernato, manca una mensola in bagno per appoggiare gli oggetti.
