“Nice, comfy apartment close to the city center with a friendly host - good value for money”
+Nice apartment in a modern multi-storey building with reception, comfy room with air conditioning, and a private bathroom. Our host, Davide was very friendly and helpful, doing his best to help with everything and fulfill our requests - e.g. regarding breakfast and bed linen. The apartment is close to the city center and to the railway/bus station. It is within walking distance from most tourist attractions, and it has good public traffic connection (underground station and several bus lines). There are many good restaurants nearby that are open until late night, offering good food at reasonable prices. Overall, it is good value for money. We would definitely return.
−The area nearby - especially between the apartment block and the central station (Catania Centrale) - is a bit getto-ish. Approaching it after dark via the most direct route on foot was a bit scary, tbh, but if you stay on the main roads, it's fine. The apartment itself was clean, but the surrounding streets were very dirty, with lots of scattered rubbish, homeless people everywhere, etc. But this seems to be a characteristic of the whole Catania area. The shower was a bit worn-out and the lights in the room too dim, but apart from these, everything was fine with the apartment. It would be even better if there were more breakfast options and a dining room, but it's an apartment, not a hotel, after all, so it's ok.

“Good place to stay in Catania”

+La chambre était très propre, il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait. Situé en plein centre proche des arrêts de bus. L'hôte était vraiment gentil et serviable.

“Świetny pobyt, super lokalizacja i obsługa!”
+Pobyt był bardzo udany! Wszystko było zgodne z opisem, pokój czysty, zadbany i komfortowy. Do dyspozycji mieliśmy prywatną łazienkę, znajdującą się na korytarzu. Ogromnym atutem jest lokalizacja w samym centrum oraz stały dostęp do kawy i herbaty. Największym plusem jest jednak właściciel David, który jest niezwykle troskliwy, dba o swoich gości i pozostaje z nimi w stałym kontakcie, dzięki czemu od początku czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Skorzystaliśmy również z jego poleceń restauracji i zdecydowanie było warto! Serdecznie polecamy to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka przyjemnego noclegu w świetnej lokalizacji i z wyjątkową obsługą. 😊
−Jedynym drobnym minusem były odgłosy uliczne słyszalne wieczorami.
