“Okayish stay”
+The location is perfect. Easily accessible with local transportation for roaming across the city and nearby notable places like dal lake, lal chowk.
−I booked two day stay separately but hotel manager mentioned to cancel because the price is too low. Moreover on arrival, the room was not ready and unclean. Need to wait for almost 2 hours. Asked for towel, gave after 4-5 hours.

“Review Kashmir naaz”
+Room was ok. Location was ok.
−Owner forced me to cancell booking. And asked more money. As I was reached there ,by paying extra rupees in addition to three days amount, i stayed boundlly As I was not in mind to search room again. Bathroom no shower. No mirror in bathroom. Improvement required. Not coperative attitude. Even I confirmed about my trip earlier, they troubed me. Much power cut in room. As srinagar s a red city of india, I just stayed with his rules by paying extra. Booking. Com should follow the strictness towards rules I think. Today july 2nd 2026,I see the owner mentioned , not forced to cancell. Its fake. I cancelled forcefully as he asked. dont believe. such kind of attitude is not good I stayed in their house. In their house he, his wife and two kids live. What is there to fake. Wonderful guy faking. Should learn the ethics. I have their house and room photo. Do the owner get happiness on such things. Funny. Really. But after entering the three days stayed normally. They helped if any information I need. Truth is truth. Disappointed as he asked to cancell as tax should be avoided. Should understand the value of booking. Com

“INDECENT ROOMS FOR DECENT FAMILY AND INDIVIDUAL”
+I request booking.com to remove this hotel or discontinue the services of this hotel or I would say trash from this platform till date one of the worst experiences of my life. There is nothing to like about this hotel it's like a nightmare for any person who stays there . First of all the person demanded us the token money stating that if not provided the booking could be cancelled irrespective of the fact as per the booking.com policy the payment was to be made on the hotel . Due to late night issues we paid half of the payment. After reaching the property he was so rude stating that I have to sleep why were you so late and all that stuff . Talking about the stay is as if other kinds of work are done It's not at all for decent people as per the photos the room was fine but the rooms were full of the pathetic smell of the bathroom , the washroom was so dirty and unhygienic not even clean there were all spider webs in the room with bed bug in blankets. As per the telephonic conversation it was conveyed that an extra bed will be available instead of that blankets were floored which were so dirty and smelly with bed bugs in it. By the time we were to complain he was already asleep and
