+Plenty of space. Quiet and good access to rest of town.

“it was fine”
+Stay was fine, expected a bit more.
−Fridge racking caused a milk spillage which I had to clean myself. Toilet holder was patched with glue.

+The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, we received a free upgrade and the breakfast was plentiful
−The water pressure in the shower wasnt great and it was difficult to control the spray and the heat to be able to wash hair comfortably.

“Clean central quiet spacious : lovely!”
+Super clean, central, very friendly staff, aircon, electric blankets, very spacious room with a super comfy bed, lovely pool area, quiet and convenient.
−Purely for constructive input: perhaps a new shower head for the lovely hot water and a later breakfast service for the sleepyheads :)

“A bit dissappointing”
+The Rooms are very big. The Beds were excellent. Hot water was very nice.
−The Toilet in our room was so close to the bathtub, that we had big problems to sit normal on the toilet. The Bathtub, that we haven´t udes was not clean and a few Hais from former guests didn´t make it nicer. The Guesthouse is a bit older and would need some touch ups. The breakfast unfortunately was not as nice as we expected, the Lady who served asked if we wanted something else, when I asked what she could offer it was only Marmite, unacceptable for non Emglish Australian.

−Mattress warn out, facilities old. Miss presentation. I specifically asked for pet friendly accomodation. Had to let the dogs sleep in car. Lady thought I need to bring up concerns with Bookings.com, not her.
