“Good for family 👍”
+We had a lovely stay at Karon Pool Hotel with my wife and our toddler. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and great place for family holiday. Our little one especially enjoyed spending time in the swimming pool, which made the stay even more better for us as parents. The location was good, with Karon Beach and nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. Would recommend Karon Pool Hotel to families looking for comfortable and relaxing stay in Phuket.

+Nothing! We left after first night. The pictures didn’t live up to the actual. The didn’t get back on any of our messages with the supervisor. Had us cancel the stay, but didn’t refund us anything even though they just rented out our room again and didn’t reply us when we said that either they should refund or give us the keys back. At front desk they kept not being able to communicate with us about the issue and said the manager was on vacation and etc until we gave up. We had booked for 17 days and lost all the money and had to find a new hotel to pay in the middle of high season,

“DO NOT STAY HERE, REVIEWS ARE FALSE”
+Do not believe any of the reviews about this hotel, it is disgusting
−We didnt stay here. I checked with the owner prior to staying that there were no steps to the room as my husband was disabled but they failed to respond. On arrival I was shown the room which was up multiple steps and explained my husband couldnt walk up them. They went to offer a room on the ground floor that was basically horendous, so dark with barely no ventillation, no room to swing a cat, multiple dead flies just left on the wall in a pkey dirty toilet, not big enough to call a bathroom. The whole complex looked unclean. I tried multiple times to contact the owner for a refund as we were left with no alternative but to find somewhere else and she completely ghosted me. I even returned to the hotel by taxi to try and plea for help and the staff just turned their back on me and refused to put me in touch with the owner. Please do not pay to stay here and do not believe the reviews
