“Very nice stay”
+The person in charge of the place was super nice. It was clean and comfortable and also close to a bus station. The overall area was quiet and pleasant. As short as my stay was, i really enjoyed it!

“House with a soul”
+Our stay was really good! The guest house has been decorated with such care, it feels like a really special place. We really loved the overall atmosphere, and experiencing a more traditional house interior, it was absolutely lovely. It was also very clean, and the staff was very helpful and responded to my questions quickly. Common kitchen had all the necessities, and the bedroom itself was quite spacious, and had AC. Walkable distance from all major tourist attractions. Overall I highly recommend it!
−The common area downstairs got quite chilly - we really liked the space and wanted to stay there longer, but it was too cold. It would have been nice if there were some blankets around. It would also be great if guests were provided with small bags for carrying toilettries around, like some capsule hotels do. The bathrooms are shared, and located downstairs (bedrooms are upstairs), so everyone needs to carry the necessities back and forth every morning/evening. The futons were a bit thin. We slept on futons in 3 different cities during our trip to Japan, and these ones were definitely the hardest. Be aware this is an older architecture with thin walls, so you can hear other guests a lot. It wasn't a problem for us, but something to keep in mind. Also be aware there are steep stairs. These are small complaints overall - in general, our stay was very good and I can happily recommend it!

“Character, relaxation & charm”
+Beautiful, authentic, clean accommodation in a perfect location in Kanazawa. Was grateful to leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The common room, by the inner garden, was a lovely place to relax with a book after a long day of seeing the sights (by the way, you can walk everywhere from here - and there are some delightful independent shops and cafes in the immediate vicinity - a super artistic neighbourhood). I slept extremely well in my beautiful room (I had been nervous as it faced the (quiet) street but actually it was silent!).

“Amazing stay and meticulous property.”
+Absolutely beautiful and meticulous guest house, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. Very stylish, you can tell a lot of thought has gone into every last thing. Super clean. Super quiet (I don’t think anybody else was staying here when I was) and even though a little further from the centre of Kanazawa (15 min walk) it’s in a really cool part of town near some lovely/cool coffee shops, restaurants and shops. I only met one member of staff who checked me in/out and she was lovely and spoke great English. Futon was incredibly company and very much enjoyed having a morning cup of tea on the peaceful balcony in my room.

“Guesthouse estilo tradicional”
+El futón era bastante cómodo. La habitación estilo.tradicional muy bonita pero pequeña. La nuestra estaba al lado del comedor principal y la entrada y la ventana daba a lamcalle principal, por lo que ni teníamos vistas ni podíamos abrir para ventilar. No lo aprovechamos pero.en las zonas comunes habia cocina y dala de estar muy agradables por sinquerías cocinarte y comer allí. Ubicación relativamente buena, a 20 min en bus de la estación de tren pero luegonpara hacer turismo si andabas un poco llegabas a las principales zonas.
−No nos dimos cuenta al resevar pero no hay baño privado sino que se tiene que compartir con los demás huéspedes, y solo había 2 fregaderos y siempre te encontrabas con gente y tenías que esperar. Aún así el baño siempre estaba muy limpio. El staff lo vimos solo el día que llegamos y si necesitabas algo tenias que hacerle una llamada desde facetime y venía.
