“Paid way too much for absolute peanuts.”
+The cabin had cooking utensils, a fridge, aircon split system and a separate room for my child as well as two tvs. Nice sized dining table with comfortable dining chairs. Good amount of cutlery, plates, bowls etc.
−Mattress was very uncomfortable and way overdue for a replacement as it has permanent dips in it, it was also tiny and both of our feet hung off the end (we are not tall). There was also a substance on the end of the mattress under the pillows that was either really thick dust or something off the walls maybe but I didn't notice it until I was remaking the bed on checkout. The cabin didn't hold heat at all so my daughter was freezing cold once we turned the heater off. The fridge had no shelves in it. The playground is not small child friendly. There is majority permanent residents there that have their junk everywhere and also dogs running around everywhere as well as lots of people smoking. Some of them were playing music both nights and we could hear everything. We also didn't see one single staff member the whole time we were there. When we were checking out I could not find the checkout information anywhere so I had to contact reception to find out what the steps were as I always like to strip the beds, empty the bins etc before I leave to help the cleaning staff out. Way over priced for what we received.

“It was a pleasant experience overall”
+Quiet and cozy
−The was a very bright street light outside our cabin across road and the blinds were not wide enough to cover the light outside. The bed was quite small for anyone over 6ft it was almost incredibly squeaky and felt like it was going to collapse from underneath

+The owner of the caravan park was just lovely, so welcoming and friendly! We took our dogs and the park is very dog friendly. The cabin was perfect - spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. Great location - in walking distance to RSL and Rye pub. Would definitely recommend.
