“Clean, comfortable and ideally situated for a visit to Rome.”
+It was very clean both in the room, bathroom and public areas and the staff member who greeted us was welcoming, friendly and efficient. It was very nice to have the air conditioning in the room and the fridge was an added bonus. Lots of places to eat located close by and also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions.

−The cleaner came in and folded all our clothes and items unexpectedly. They went above and beyond but I prefer to know someone may access the room.

“Staff very dedicated to making this a great place to stay!”
+Loved the very welcoming staff and location. Very clean room, great a/c and nice view with window that opens when cool enough to turn off a/c. Requiring 4 keys to enter with 2 being skeleton keys was difficult, with a steep learning curve, it can be frustrating. We would stay again!

“Value for money, perfect location. Good care taker Safe....”
+The location is perfect, walking distance to roma termini, colloseum, grocery shops (pewex City), restaurants and all basic amenities. Pewex city grocery shop cheapest in the area(after long research 🤣) The care taker Bal is so pleasing and polite, as if he is willing to go an extra mile for guests comfort always. Really slept well on all the 3 nights, good air conditioner, bit compact but a good bathroom. I had actually booked a room with a shared bathroom, it was upgraded to a private bathroom free of charge. Thanks
−There was a small delay in check in. So, better to let them know the check in time in advance. And make sure room is ready.Bed room locks are bit tricky, it tested our Patience 🤣. The street seems a bit wierd, but never mind. We felt really safe🙏

“Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji z przyjaznym właścicielem”
+Hotel znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji, bardzo blisko stacji Termini jak i Forum Romanum/Koloseum - w obie strony około 15min/20min spacerkiem. Pokój i łazienka (w naszym wypadku oddzielna na korytarzu) są czyste i codziennie sprzątane. W samym pokoju, który wynajmowaliśmy, było cicho, łóżka zaś naprawdę wygodne, więc w nocy można było porządnie się wyspać. Dużym plusem była chłodziarka znajdująca się w pokoju, oprócz tego na wyposażeniu jest standardowo czajnik i filiżanki. Z właścicielem i jego współpracownikiem miałem bardzo krótki, ale za to pozytywny kontakt. To naprawdę przyjaźnie nastawieni ludzie, którzy starają się w swoim zakresie dać to co najlepsze. Ponadto hotel cenowo wyszedł naprawdę przyzwoicie, więc jeśli komuś zależy przede wszystkim na lokalizacji i budżecie - polecam na 100%.
