+We had a wonderful stay! The house is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Although it’s not right in the city centre, getting to the centre is easy and convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony offered a beautiful view of the mountains. The hosts, a lovely mother and son, were absolutely adorable and made us feel so welcome. They made us feel right at home, as if we were staying with family. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place!

−The staff people turned off the A/C from the other room even when the room was hot, and they talked to each other very loud and open and close the doors very loud after late night

“Super bad experience.”
+The location was good and the beds are ok. Also the room has the basic facilities.
−The hosts are a mother and son, and this was one of the worst hosting experiences I’ve had. They were extremely noisy, and the mother opened our door twice without knocking, with no apology whatsoever. She was rude, intrusive, and completely unprofessional throughout our stay. To make matters worse, they kept switching the AC off from outside the room several times, which was completely unacceptable. While the son was somewhat nicer, it made no difference to the overall experience. At checkout, he initially agreed to keep our bags for an extra two hours, but the mother then refused and loudly kept saying it was impossible. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

+Is easy to reach from station. Is a 15 minutes walk to marina piccola for the ferry. There is a bust stop not far from the property for travel within sorrento. The house is quiet. The room is clean and spacious , the bathroom was also clean and spacious. The host are friendly and welcoming.

+Το κατάλυμα βρισκόταν σε πολύ καλό σημείο !
−Είχε πάρα πολύ θόρυβο από τα παράθυρα με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάμε από τις 7 που ξεκινούσε η κίνηση !επισης

“Estancia en sorrento.”
+El aireacondicionado y la ubicación.
−No era un apartamento sino habitaciones privada con baño privado, convivias con la gente que vivia en la casa La casa olia a humedad o almenos eso nos parecia. El baño para mejorar ya que no se podia tirar de la bomba , el papel habia que hecharlo ala basura, no era muy limpio ya que despues de hacer las necesidades, desprendia olor, el armario estaba rota y no se podia abrir. Demasiado caro para recibir ese alojamiento.

+Sehr freundliches Personal, wenn auch die Verständigung etwas hing.
−Es gibt keinen Aufenthaltsraum das karge Frühstück wurde im Zimmer serviert. Die sanitären Anlagen wie Wasserhahn oder Dusche sind total verkalkt. Bidet nicht nutzbar. Griff am Kleiderschrank defekt.
