“Charming”
+We went without any expectations, and it turned out to be phenomenal. I would like to thank our host, Claudia, for her warm attitude, excellent communication, and helpfulness,thank you, Claudia! As for the location, it couldn't be better,close to numerous historical landmarks, the heart of Palermo, and small restaurants serving delicious food.

“Very nice but with unexpected drawbacks”
+My wife and I stayed for a week and the property was perfect in every sense except for the three things mentioned below which we didn't like.the first ine of which marred our stay most.
−1.The property description mentioned that the property was on the second floor of a historic building accessible by stairs. It fails to warn one that in a such a building this involves climbing 69 steps compared to around two dozen steps in a modern building. It may not matter if one is young, fit and healthy but both my wife and I are in our seventies and my wife is an asthmatic so we struggled particularly on the day we arrived and left having to haul two 16kg suitcases. On other days we had to ensure that any trips to and from the room were strictly essential in order to minimise stair climbing. For example, breakfast is served at a nearby bar and popping down to breakfast before readying ourselves to go out for the day was a daunting prospect given the 138 steps involved. Moreover, we felt that some of the stone steps were cracked and slightly wobbly so potentially hazardous. 2. The hot water in the bathroom tended to go cold after 7 mins and not warm up for an hour after that. 3. The room had a kettle and teabags but sadly no coffee of any kind which would have avoided the need to go to breakfast , with all of the attendant problems mentioned in 1 above, in order to just have

+I had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is excellent and made everything easy and convenient. Claudia was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

−Es war manchmal etwas laut und das Treppenhaus ist abenteuerlich 😅 Aber die tolle Lage und Ausstattung helfen locker darüber hinweg👍🏼

+L'habitació està netíssima i és molt espaiosa, molt cèntrica però gens sorollosa, la relació qualitat preu és immillorable. El contacte amb propietaris excel.lent. Recomane totalment.
−L'edifici és antic i quan puges les escales està tot fet pols, si haguera anat sola crec que m'hagués fet una mica de por... però la veritat és que no ens vam creuar amb ningú. Diu que té desdejuni, però és un vale de 5€ a gastar en una café on, és fàcil que et surta més car i hages de pagar la diferència. Però són coses amb poca importància comparat amb la qualitat de l'habitació!!
