“moyen”

“A pleasant stay...depending on your room!”
+There was a major problem with the electricity in the room - at one point I could not even have two lights plugged in simultaneously - and the facility was unable to solve it. I later got a text apologizing, saying that it was because the electricity for two rooms were connected. This problem needs to be ironed out before renting out the room. And I do believe that the hotel should have offered me compensation for this inconvenience. The young lady I dealt with was very pleasant, as responsive as was possible, and had lots of tourism tips, but that was not enough.
