“A disgrace”
+the beach
−this so called resort is nothing but a construction site. Surrounded by JCBs heavy haulage equipment digging out the hillside next Grand View. The reception area is like a bomb site. No telephone in room no tissues and a bathroom toilet from the 50s with no hot water in the sinks. It's a disgrace.

“Quintessential grown up backpacker perfection.”
+Just left 3 nights there and i regret not staying longer. Just get a beachfront hut and you’ll have the best stay. Shuttle to the town if you want it, walk round the corner along the beach to the quintessential low key wooden beach restaurant. Room is simple but really comfortable and relatively new and nothing beats stepping out the front and going straight into the sea. Every night I had a night swim and saw phosphorescent plankton. Happiness. Pool is fine, nothing special but the sea and beach are beautiful. And every day they bring elephants on to the beach, which is amazing to see. Honestly, just a really great combination of all the things you want if you’re a grown up backpacker.
−No breakfast included but maybe that was me. 7-11 it is. Like I said, the pool is just fine. Good if you have kids I suppose.
