“Great location, beautiful sea views and good value for money”
+The location was excellent, especially considering the price of the hotel. We stayed in an apartment for four people, which was reasonably comfortable and had a balcony with a wonderful sea view! Another big advantage was the parking right in front of the hotel, which made everything much easier, as we didn’t have to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. The hotel was also within walking distance of Imerovigli, Firostefani, and Fira town centre. Overall, a great location, beautiful views, and very good value for money. We really enjoyed our stay!
−The only downside was the bathroom. There was no shower screen or curtain, so every time someone took a shower, the entire bathroom got wet, including the sink, toilet, and floor, even when we were careful. Since there were four of us, we had to use towels to dry everything before the next person could use the bathroom. A simple shower curtain would already make a big difference. We also noticed a slight unpleasant smell in the room, especially in the bathroom, which seemed to be coming from the drain. It didn’t affect our overall experience, but it might be worth checking, as it could bother some guests. Despite these small issues, we really enjoyed our stay!

+Such a perfect spot away from the busy towns of Oia and Fira. But still close to restaurants and shops. The hosts Nikos and Efrem were great with communcation before and during the stay, organising transfers and anything else i needed. The room was peaceful and had a great view. The bed was super comfy. A lot of people complain about the green lights on the wall, it really wasnt that bad! It didnt bother me at all!

“Most amazing views from the room and terrace.”
+Property is ideally located, behind the 3 bells of Fira and walkable to Fira bus stand. The views are just amazing, from the room and the terrace. 3 bells of Fira are seen from the terrace. Nikos took care of everything. From arranging taxi from airport, to tips on sightseeing, early breakfast. Nikos was professional. Welcoming and friendly. Prompt in responding to requests. Breakfast was basic but good and served at the room. That helped start the day.

“Disappointed”
+Owner agreed after a lengthy discussion to give an open room for one nite. then had to vacate
−The rooms were not as advertised. view was a parking lot and bare lot w junk! Room could not accommodate 3 people beds small. No place in bath for toiletries 2nd room laundry room vented to the room and balcony and again bed not big enough for two people Pool was a huge disappointment small cold. no view We opted to leave and book with a different resort which was amazing in comparison No discount offered I would NOT recommend unless u are just looking for a place to lay your head, like a hostel.

+Really accommodating staff. Me and my partner checked out in the morning but our ferry wasn’t leaving until 11:40pm😬, but we were very kindly allowed to leave our luggage downstairs and also return to the hotel to use the terrace area with sun loungers and a pool until we left for the boat. Amazing value for money, although a steep walk up to the hotel, the view is incredible from both our own balcony and the shared terrace.

“Fantastic accommodation with views of the caldera”
+The view of the Caldera was amazing. It was a short walk to the main town of Fira (10-15 minutes). The hosts were fantastic with organising transport from the port and airport and assisting us with our baggage up and down the stairs. The rooftop terrace with a pool was an added bonus.
