“Great value for sort break to Rome”
+We had the 4 person "Green" room which is part of an apartment of 4 other rooms. Communication was great from our hosts although our stay was short and we were our for must of the day. Is a convenient location from Termini and a short walk from the Colosseum. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and have the basic amenities. Perfect for accessing Rome with a reasonable price tag.
−Water pressure was variable, but nothing much to be done there.

“Average”
+Central location allowing us to walk from the train station and to the Colosseum
−Noisy given it’s just off a busy road, far too hot, 1 of the beds wasn’t made so we had to squeeze 3 of us into a double bed

“Bathroom stank, room v noisy, property ignored all issues. A ripoff.”
+Good location, nice decor.
−The bathroom absolutely stank. I am still in shock that noone else has complained and that the staff haven't had the issue fixed. I mentioned this to the property after the first night and they completely ignored me. There was only one large towel provided. This is not enough for people with long hair. I mentioned this issue to the property after the first night and they completely ignored me. The adjustable shower head is broken and its position cannot be adjusted. I mentioned this to the property after the first night and they completely ignored me. The room is extremely noisy. Someone ran a machine upstairs (tumble drier or dishwasher perhaps) at 10/11 pm on 2 of the 3 nights I was there, and also at 5 am. I was woken multiple times in the night by the resulting banging noises. I barely slept at all. The bed and pillows are also not very comfortable. After my first night the property asked me to email a photo of my passport and pay the city tax. I asked when someone would be at reception and was completely ignored. I am not comfortable sending this kind of information electronically. They never responded as to available times and when i knocked and rang multiple times before lea

+We are a family of 4, 3 adults and 16 year old. We stayed in the Green room which we were more than happy with, decor (beautiful, especially the bathroom), space and facilities. Out host was more than helpful giving precise details on everything when checking in. We all enjoyed our stay(Aug 29th 2026) with no complaints
−No complaints, we loved it, thank you

“Lovely Break Away”
+We arranged the airport pick up through the hotel, Bruno picked us up, he was a lovely man and very informative of things in the room and of Rome. The room was lovely, we had one with the spa bath. We had a lovely time and would stay again
