“I would, like to give special recognition to Ahmed and Hassan, who were both exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcom”
+I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall, and I especially appreciated being upgraded from a standard room to a luxury suite. This was a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more special. The location was another highlight, as the hotel was conveniently situated close to some of Doha’s tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city.
−There were a few areas that could be improved. The air conditioning kept switching off in the middle of the night while I was sleeping, and I was unable to turn it back on myself. I had to call maintenance to assist me, which was quite inconvenient, especially during the night. I was also disappointed with the room service and housekeeping follow-up. After ordering food, the used utensils were not collected the following day. Despite repeatedly requesting that they be removed, they remained outside my room for almost three days. This was unexpected and did not reflect the standard of service I would have hoped for. With better attention to maintenance issues and more consistent housekeeping, the hotel could offer an even better guest experience.

+The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. The service is good and the reception staff are friendly. However, there is no beach nearby, and the pool is very small and dirty.
−The buffet is very disappointing. There is almost nothing to eat and very little choice. The pool is a catastrophe , too small and dirty.

“性價比很高”
+暫由於航班取消，要滯留在此站住，這是航空公司建議的酒店，想像不到性價比很不錯，早餐亦豐富，在非旅遊季節住客都有很多，鄰近有兩個博物館。

+Standard hotel, nothing special. Bathrooms need maintenance, blocked basin, leaking shower cubicle. Okay breakfast. Keycards are unreliable, not always working in the lifts. Very close to airport.
