“Amazing place with amazing people”
+I loved my stay with Jonny and his family so much and was so sad to leave. The view from my room was stunning with surrounding rice fields and nature, I could even see Mt Rinjani in the mornings. Breakfast & coffee was so so tasty and was so nice to have it brought up to my balcony. I did multiple tours with the family which were all so amazing, Tetebatu is so beautiful. I miss it so much already and will be back!

+The bungalow was fine and reasonably priced. However, my overall experience wasn’t particularly good. Getting around Tetebatu is quite difficult without your own transport, as Grab and Gojek aren’t really available. This leaves you dependent on local drivers, who often charge extremely high prices, even for very short distances. During my stay, I also felt quite pressured to book transport and guided tours through the accommodation, whereas I simply wanted to explore the area independently.
−Unfortunately, I also had an unpleasant experience with the breakfast arrangements the following morning. I ended up having breakfast next to an overturned ashtray, while other guests were allowed into a different area. Overall, I wasn’t particularly happy with my stay. The bungalow itself was fine, but the experience could have been much better.

+Everything was so great. We have very good time with all the family. They are all so friendly! The tours were great. The place is inside the forest and is incredible.

“An unforgettable experience full of joy and humility”
+Jonny, Eddie and his whole family, including the loveable and adorable Peggie pet dog, who we fell in love with! Jungle room was rural, teeming with life in the jungle atmosphere and woken to delish pancakes and fruit. I consider them humble, respectful, and the most hospitable Muslims I’ve ever met. You do the religion proud!! As a revert to Islam, I’m so honoured to spend time with you as a humble family. You are my friends now!

“A great Tetebatu experience”
+Everything was very nice, the room was clean and bed very comfortable. You can see the sunrise across the rice fields right from your bed and you have your own balcony to enjoy your breakfast or to chill during the day with a view. The owner Jonny and his family made me feel very welcome, they were very kind and I really enjoyed my stay there. They also offer guided tours, which is a great option if you want to explore the area with a local guide.
−The bathroom is a traditional one, nothing wrong with it actually, just so you expect it before coming :)

+Bon emplacement proche de toutes les sorties touristiques du village et les divers restaurants. C’est un home stay donc vous vivez quelque jours avec la famille de Jonny. Nous avons pris la petite chambre, ok pour 1 ou 2 nuits. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle.
