+The campground itself was very nice and gated. The camper itself was okay.
−It was clean but could use a good deep cleaning in my opinion. The patio had lots of leaves on it. I know it’s fall but looked like it hadn’t been cleaned off in a while. The outside furniture could use some new cushions. The water pressure is VERY low. The shower is very weak. For the ladies my wife had a very hard time washing her hair and she doesn’t have super long hair. Also was told there was plenty of towels and wash clothes but there wasn’t. I was told if I needed more I’d have to go wash them myself at the camp ground laundry mat. It was also a little farther from town than I expected. Overall I’m not sure i would stay here again mostly because of the water pressure and it’s a little farther from town than I like.

+Jolene was absolutely the perfect place to stay for our Smoky Mountain trip. If you want to be in the middle of everything and not stuck in one place the entire trip, this location is ideal. We were able to easily enjoy Gatlingburg, Pigeon Forge, Cades Cove, Wears Valley, shopping, dining, and scenic drives without feeling isolated or constantly fighting long travel times. The RV itself had everything you could need supplied and was thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay. It truly felt relaxing and easy from the moment we arrived. The area was safe, gated, clean, and just lovely. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere after busy days exploring. It was the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. We would absolutely stay at Jolene again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a cozy, well-located Smoky Mountain getaway!
