+The terrace and the room with the Ganga view is incredible.
−The building is not well maintained. The room they offer the first time was full with mould and humidity.

“Total mess, extreme noise, and complete hypocrisy. Do not stay here if you value your sleep”
+The only positive things about this property are the beautiful panoramic views of the Ganges and the sunsets from the balcony. Also, the food at the rooftop cafe is quite tasty, and the reception staff eventually agreed to give me a proper breakfast with coffee after I spent time manually calculating the prices to prove I was being undercharged.
−First, they manipulate their ratings. Do not trust the fake 10/10 reviews on this app , they are completely commercial and fake. If you look at real independent reviews, you will see photos of black mould on the walls and pillows, which is a real health hazard. The cleanliness here is very basic and sloppy. Second, the hypocrisy regarding rules is ridiculous. Their official policy strictly states: "Check-in is only possible for guests aged between 18 and 40." However, to make a profit, they completely ignore this rule, don't check passports properly, and happily check in a 43-year-old guest. Yet, they fail to manage the property at all. At night, they blast incredibly loud music from their 5th-floor rooftop cafe. The bass is so heavy that the entire building vibrates, making it impossible to sleep and ruining the spiritual morning experience of Rishikesh. Third, there is zero security. Anyone from the street can walk straight into your 10-bed shared dormitory. Random guys just entered my room to "check out the view from the balcony" and gave me weird looks when confronted. Fourth, the "non-smoking" and "alcohol-free" policy is a total joke. At 11:00 PM, a group of drunk Indian gues

“Overhyped for nothing”
+The hype is ONLY about the location.
−Had the worst experience. The room smelled really bad. Room and corridors were not clean. Curtains were dirty. There was fungus growing in one corner. The walls and ceiling of the room had water trapped inside. There was leakage in the bathroom. The room had space for only 4 beds yet 8 were stuffed.
