+Loved the welcome we received from Jenny even though our booking was late as a result of another booking falling through. Jenny kept us informed about the readiness of the accommodation ahead of our arrival and ensured that we had all the amenities we needed

+After a small problem with keysafe (which was sorted by owner very quickly) we had a lovely short stay in Jennys place. It was extremely clean and comfortable and very good value. We would highly recommend
−No comments as we were only on the camp site for 2 nights as we were attending a wedding so did not make use of facilities

“Comfortable short break”
+Cozy caravan with good WiFi. Well equipped kitchen. Great having the extra loo in master bedroom as an on suite. Good communication with easy to follow instructions
−Pre booking a slot at the pool was not great and only 1 slot allowed per day. The mattress pad on the double bed needs replacement (very worn) also thin quilt with no cover or sheet needs sorting. The oven needs a deep clean.

−Caravan was dirty. The upholstery was very dirty. Gas bottles ran out during the night and telephoned the owner, who said the gas bottle people could deliver until 3 pm that afternoon. Meaning that we were very cold for a number of hours. The bed must have been the original because it was so soft and very uncomfortable. The light in one toilet was blown from the time we arrived, and the owner said that she would come and replace the bulb, she never did. The outside of the caravan had paving stones as a walkway to the front door, which were placed so far apart that we were forced to walk on the ground that that was very muddy because of all the rain soiling our shoes. Overall, it was very poor and not worth the money. It ranked as the poorest caravan we have ever staid in, very poor indeed. We stayed in a flat in amersham in June and July this year, and it was beautiful, that was through Airbnb and booking .com.
