“Fantastic!”
+Well located, with a pleasant terrace and a great view; thanks to the good weather, we spent most of our time there. It was extremely clean, and the staff were very nice. It was within walking distance of the ferry, supermarkets, and restaurants.
−Everything was fine, but if I change something, perhaps the three-seat sofa, which could be more comfortable

“Perfect location with great view”
+We loved the location, walking distance to town and with a quiet private terrace for evening drinks listening to the ocean. It was exactly what we hoped for. Close to wine tastings, the ferry, the grocery, and restaurants in town.
−We came back to the property mid day after asking for no service that day to the owners in the room hanging black out curtains we were hoping for the first night. The problem was we just came back from a night hike and were arriving home to crash out. They were fast and polite and everything else was perfect so not a big deal. We are hoping to stay there again!

“Awesome location with amazing views”
+We spent 4 nights here and had a wonderful stay. Communication with Cristina ahead of time was prompt and helpful - the same can be said throughout our stay. Location was perfect - it was easy to walk into town or nearby restaurants, and also easy to access one of the great hiking trails through the vineyards. We also loved being near the ocean - with views to Faial as well as the nightly sunsets. The terrace was huge and we took advantage of it a couple of times to enjoy a drink at the end of the day. One of the island's many natural pools is adjacent to the parking lot so that was really nice. The kitchen was very modern. And we liked that there was an a/c in the bedroom as well as the living room. It really was the perfect location for us for 4 nights.
−We found it odd that we only received 2 tea bags and 2 coffee pods. When we asked for more we were told that they were just "welcome gifts". Every other accommodation during our 10 days in the Azores offered unlimited quantities of both. We also found the beds quite hard - not a dealbreaker - and honestly most of the places we stayed in on this particular trip had the same issue.

“Great Views and Great Staff”
+We absolutely loved the location and our stay at your little oasis. Pedro and Cristina were so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about Pico, always happy to recommend places to visit. Pedro was especially helpful when we had an issue with our door lock and had it fixed right away. We truly appreciated their kindness and hospitality and would definitely return. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
−The bathroom could use remodeling outdated water leaks out of shower curtain no water pressure in the bidet to use

“Un lieu exceptionnel!”

+Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht in super Lage. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
