+Location so good and quiet, great staff, everyone so welcoming and nice, the room was amazing clean and big
−There is a specific time for the AC; it’s not working all day, and in the morning it was hard to sleep because of the heat Also, the food could be higher quality; the value for money didn't feel worth it.

+The people working in that hotel are absolutely lovely
−The beach is full of debris, the restaurant for breakfast and dinner is very average. No many choice for the breakfast and it’s not a buffet, very limited. No shop in the hotel or anywhere around so be ready to eat exclusively what they offer. Expensive prices on everything as they know that we have no other choice to eat their food or use their transportation. This hotel has great potential, but it is not exploited.

“Serenity and calm in a beautiful setting.”
+On of the best places I have stayed in Lombok. Totally remote- great beach- friendly staff. I wish I could have stayed longer. I left feeling far more relaxed than when I arrived.

“Beautiful location, amazing staff, comfortable bed.”
+Beautiful location, amazing staff, comfortable bed. The private deck on each room was comfortabley furnished and perfect for lounging around. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Having WhatsApp communication was convenient. We loved our snorkeling trip on the 1st day, and spent the mornings and lunchtimes of the rest of our days at pink beach. The massages were fantastic.
−Sometimes the descriptions of dishes on the menu did not match with what was served. Having said that the food was always tasty. The restaurant not being open all day could be an issue if you don't plan well. It was a shame that we couldn't swim at the beach in front of the hotel but the waves were too big.

“BED BUGS. Worst Experience in More Than 100 Hotel Stays”
−BED BUGS. After the first night, I had 50-100 bites that a doctor confirmed were from bed bugs. I needed medical treatment and medication, and I was still itching around two weeks later. The hotel did NOT refund the night I stayed, only two unused nights. Electricity was limited, and the advertised sea view was nowhere to be found. I paid far too much money for a stay that RUINED a week of my vacation. Decide for yourself whether that risk is worth taking.

−Verouderd, ratten nesten onder de huisjes, ‘s nachts hoor je ze lopen op het dak. Het strand is exclusief voor gasten, en ontvangen geen gasten van buitenaf. Het strand zou voor iedereen toegankelijk moeten zijn. Volgens de Indonesische wetgeving mogen hotels een strand niet als privé bezit beschouwen. Het strand ligt vol met plastic, dit wordt opgeruimd en dan verband op het strand zelf.. Het restaurant is niet smaakvol en erg duur: 1 portie nasi goreng vegetable is RP 165.000! De stroom gaat er per dag 3x (!) af voor een aantal uur!

−La nourriture servie à l’hôtel n’est clairement pas digne d’un 4 étoiles et c’est bien dommage car cet hôtel a énormément de potentiel. Les saveurs n’y sont pas. De plus nous avions commandé une assiette de pâtisseries pour le petit déjeuner et nous avons eu deux tranches de pain de mie avec de la confiture à la place car il n’y avait plus de pâtisseries. Ce n’est pas un souci du tout, mais autant le dire en amont et ne pas ramener deux tranches de pain de mie à la place des pains au chocolat et pains aux raisins que l’on voyait sur les autres tables… c’était un peu décevant. Le personnel a été très sympathique et nous a permis de changer notre plat qui malheureusement n’était guère mieux. Autre point : le chemin pour accéder au logement pourrait être amélioré car il s’agit d’une piste en pas très bon état

+Einzige was diese Ort bietet ist tolle Aussicht,einen schönen Sonnenaufgang und Umgebung von Affen was man nur in Monkey Forest Ubud erleben kann. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man sollte richtig recherchieren bevor man zum diese Ort fährt.Für manche ist es diese Ort excellent und für die andere andere Enttäuschung.
−Die Zimmer Ausstattung furchtbar,abgenutzt, verkalkt,schmutzig. Das normale wie Wasserkocher nicht verfügbar.Wasse befindt sich zu zu sagen in Kanister-Badezimmer. Strom wird alle 2h abgeschaltet. Man trifft an Streuner Hunde. Restaurat bietet minimale Essen Auswahl.Wenn man nur Frühstück gebucht hat müssen Sie damit rechnen für alles zu zahlen.Steuer 21% drauf. Hotel bietet keinen 4☆ Service! Die Straße die zum Camp führt Herausforderung. Von Flughafen man findet die wenigsten die Sie dorthin fahren wollen.

+Sehr schöne, einsame Bucht.
−Schwimmen am Strand wegen großer Wellen nicht möglich. Kein Schatten oder Liegemöglichkeit am Strand. Sehr starker Wind, man wollte abends nicht mal auf der Terasse sein. Die Bungalows sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Polster mit Brandloch und verdreckt. Der Strom wurde tagsüber abgeschalten. Im Bad waren keine Fensterscheiben nur Moskitonetze, die sehr große Löcher hatten. Es gab keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. Die Lage war sehr abgelegen und man musste lange Fahrten über schlechte Wege in Kauf nehmen, wenn man etwas unternehmen wollte. Wir hatten 4 Nächte gebucht, sind aber nach der ersten Nacht abgereist.
