10.0“MEMORABLE STAY.”
+Jazepuri-Jaze 2 run by Zack. He does everything to accommodate his guests and make them happy. I stayed there 8 days and not regretted about choosing this homestay for my trip. Zack is very friendly and helpful for his guests. Place is away from main activity for the tourists ,but it’s not a big problem ,it’s what I like . You can always book the Grab ,which is not very expensive or take a boat to cross the river on another side and you will be right in the middle of the action. As for me I used the bicycle to go there, which was provided by the owner. If you have a car or motorbike it’s not a problem at all to get to the center of the city. There are two restaurants nearby and also supermarket, it’s about 5 minutes walk to the restaurant and 10 minutes to supermarket. Place provides water dispenser for hot and cold water and coffee and tea for the guests. You can use the kitchen if you’re in the mood for cooking, it has everything for that but not microwave, only gas stove and electric oven. Don’t miss the trip to the farm, the village of local tribe and side seeing of orangutan ,you will love it ,its fan to collect local exotic fruits ( which you can take with you)and swim in the
−You will hear the sound of the rooster and Muslim prayer, but it happens in any Muslim country you visit, ask Zack for ear plugs he will provide it for you.

9.0“Excellent host and amazing city”
+The host was helpful, caring, and easy to talk with. He helped with everything he could. The village is north of the river, calm, and different to the south side. People arr super friendly. The homestay was old-style, relly connected to the house, a full kitchen, water, coffee. Fridge. Very comfortable.
−The area is not served by buses. You need to cross the river by boat or walk 35 minutes or take a Grab to and from the bridge. The boat stops around 6pm or during rainstorms when its too dangerous to cross. There are roosters in the village and a muezzine with some days a sermon. If you are a light sleeper, use earplugs.

10.0“Best welcome to Kuching!”
+The host, Zak, is excellent. Very friendly, helpful, with a great heart. He provided me with all the information about where to go, what to do, and he also offered some tours in beautiful places like the Bengo Dam and the caves. The location is good, very close to the waterfront, which can be reached on foot and then by jetty (only 1 RM! Last ride: 6 pm - afterwards you either take a grab or walk about 30 min until the Darul Hana bridge). It's very safe and the people are incredibly friendly. I was stopped on the street by little children who greeted me and asked for my name! The rooms are comfortable, and the cats are lovely!
−If you come from a Western country, expect some cultural adjustment. Just be open, respectful, and curious, and the doors will open to you. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay longer (7 nights), otherwise I would have spent months here!

10.0+I had an excellent staying at the Jazepuri -jaze 2!!! The location is the best because it is very neat to the boat station called jetty and i could pass the opposite side of the river where there are all the main buildings for a visitor of Kuching...and it's also a very calm and quiet place with nice houses and gardens... The house is very cozy, clean with homely furniture..the garden is full of plants very well maintained..there is also a nice terrace where i had nice time doing my yoga and meditation....my room had fresh air, nice garden view, large and convenient...the bathroom is also very comfortable.. But the best of all is the family, the owners.. very polite, very helpful, very good willing.. Mr Zack helped me to make a plan and adviced me how to visit all the interesting places around Kuching...he wrote down all the details i needed to know!!! He is also a very good guid and we visited together a famous and amazing jungle place : Bengoh Dam Tour !!! It's a very must tour..i suggest to everyone go there! you will see the real jungle!most of all i enjoyed the bamboo bridges ,the waterfalls ,the lake view! I have to mention that sometimes mr Jack picked me up when I was late an

10.0“Everything is covered for a great stay!”
+The kitchen has all the facilities you need for a short or long stay. There are books to swap on the bookshelf. The roof terrace is a great place to watch the sunset and fireworks displays when a festival is on! I would definitely recommend staying here when you come to Kuching.

10.0“Three Great Rooms”
+I stayed in all 3 rooms during the 2 months I lived here and they are all very comfortable. I slept really well! My linen was fresh every week and the pillows are sanitised after each guest. The wifi is strong and reliable. The location is safe and secure, and there are local restaurants within walking distance. The city is a short boat ride across the river, which I absolutely loved taking! Everyone in the village is very friendly too.
