“A couple hiccups during our stay but would definately come back again”
+Very nice! Our place was short distance from arena. Staff very pleasant and helpful
−I felt that our unit my family stayed in could have been vacuumed. I found stuff all over the floors/rugs. Rugs are pretty dirty

“Amazing view from the room with good meals (dinner and breakfast) at the facility.”
+we woke up with a view of the fall colors. Very satisfied. Our reservation does not include any meal plan, we had dinner and breakfast there, both are very good with reasonable price.

“Overall we had a great stay.”
+We loved being able to charge our car for free! If we were visiting during peak season the single charger at State side would not have been available.
−The bartender was brash and was not only mildly rude to me but also his fellow employees.

“Cleanliness was very poor in the room, the hallways, the whole facility”
+Scenery was beautiful
−The room was not clean. Sheets were not clean. There was girls hair on the pillow and in the sheets and it was a very busy weekend, which is fine. They only had one or two restaurants open. Seemed like nothing was open

“Overall it”
+The hotel is in a great location. The staff was very friendly.
−The only thing I didn’t care for was that they only had vending options on the property. We had to drive off the property for food.

“Very poor food options, no entertainment for adults in the area, really a kid focused only place.”
−Most of the restaurants were closed and not available for use! Alice's table was for private events only. Aroma coffee bar was closed the entire long weekend. The mountain store was picked over with very little food available to purchase - shelves half bare. The fancy restaurant on mountain had such a limited menu. We ended up leaving and spending most of our stay other places to find decent food options. Our room did not have any ability to stream movies, or even pay for movies - very old fashioned set up. The room was HOT, we tried everything to turn down the heat but nothing worked - we finally just opened all the windows so we wouldn't roast.
