+Fantastic breakfast. I believe the best I’ve ever had in a bed and breakfast/hotel. The chef was very friendly and made sure we were satisfied.
−Nothing that I know of.

“Enjoyable, staff was excellent, will stay again (but away from the restaurant)!”
+Location, history, staff helpful
−Bathrooms need an upgrade. Very noisy at night with the outdoor restaurant and at 6am noisy with restaurant cleanup with bottles etc

“TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!”
+Location
−Beware!!! My husband and I stayed at the hotel in August. We checked in and had to wait hours before our room was ready. The front desk was rude and non accommodating. Finally our room was ready, they put us in a whole different building next door which I had no idea they even had. When I booked my reservation I was under the assumption they had the one building with the nice rooms I saw online when booking. Well huh we checked in this separate building and the room had a dirty comb on the chair that was at a desk in the room. The room smelled of wet dog, it’s clearly a fog friendly room which my husband and I DID NOT have a dog. The room was so old and just put together terribly. Omg the bathroom was old and needs a whole refresh. The shower hardware is rusted and corroded and completely disgusting. They must clean the old dilapidated furniture with furniture polish and got some on the hardwood floors and made the floor EXTREMELY SLIPPERY! I almost fell a couple of times on the floor that was so slippery. My husband and I never complained, but upon checkout we asked to speak to the manager and the rude front desk staff said they weren’t available. How is there no manager onsite at

“It was good, I enjoyed it but don’t know if I would stay there again.”
+The location is amazing you are literally in the middle of everything. Loved they put canned water in your room daily and tidied up without me having to ask. The use of bikes and beach gear is lovely.
−The kleenex and the toilet paper were super thin, like irritate your nose thin. I went out and bought my own. There is no mini fridge to keep your drinks cold or leftovers, kinda annoying. There is zero insulation you will literally hear every door open, close, toilet flush, foot step, and conversation- if you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t advise staying. Also no room service if you are exhausted after a long day at the beach- you will have to go out and get food.

“awesome, we will be back!”
+This was my first time to Nantuck and Jared Coffin House was centrally located and the fact you offered beach chairs, towels, breakfast and afternoon cookies was such a plus! thank you so much. the room was plenty big enough for the 2 of us and the beds were very comfortable
−the shower could use a refresh, although the water pressure was excellent.
