“Does the job for a short stay, budget friendly choice.”
+Safe parking lot, good choice for 1-2 night stay.
−The bed was surprisingly short, even for someone my height (5'5" or 165cm). Breakfast was limited to one option: a super dry muffin, a plate of fruit with a tiny bit of yogurt and granola, plus coffee and juice. They did let me swap it for a small portion of just yogurt and granola, but that might get old after a few days. A bigger issue was that they didn't empty the trash. This is a problem because in Mexico, you're required to dispose of toilet paper in the trash bin, not the toilet. Getting into the place was a hassle the first day. We didn't get the access code until we arrived and had to call for it. It would have been much easier if they'd sent it ahead of time.

“A good place to stay for a few days.”
+Comfortable room. Nice terrace/balcony on our room. Big room and big bathroom area. Huge fitted wardrobe with tons of space. Drinking water supplied in a big dispenser outside the rooms in the communal seating area with sofas. Secure parking behind locked gates for our motorcycles. Food in the restaurant was very good.
−On arrival the staff seemed rude and two of them, the waiter and another lady, appeared to be laughing at me. I was trying my best to speak Spanish and they made me feel very uncomfortable by giggling together as they looked at me and their behaviour was pretty rude. In the end they disappeared into the kitchen still laughing. The young girl who checked me in was very professional and didn’t react to them at all and was a pleasure to talk to. Thank you. If it had just been the other two who had greeted me on arrival, I would probably have walked away and not stayed. Highly unprofessional. The waiter was fine for the rest of our stay and was pleasant when we used the restaurant. The pool was nice for having a dip but it wasn’t overly clean and didn’t get cleared of leaves and debris. Our bathroom wasn’t clean. There was soap scum on the walls with others’ hair stuck in it which was a bit grim. The hot water didn’t work at first but when we mentioned it the guy turned it on (it was turned on somewhere else outside the room). I understand turning it off when the room is not in use but when you know there are guests arriving it should be turned on before they get there and not after so

“We would happily stay again. Warm and friendly.”
+The location is away from the centre but ready to access. Great off road parking for 2 motorcycles was a huge plus for us. Staff were great and friendly. Go for the room with the terrace as this is at the back and away from the road. Great size room and lots of storage space. Restaurant serves really great food.
−The cleaning could have been better. Old soap and hair stuck to the shower wall. Sofa coverings were dirty and not been cleaned for a long while..
