+A really cute homestay, you feel cosy and can enjoy an amazing view. The city is close by, but you are away from most of the tourists.
−The shower wasn’t the best, but we made it work!

“It felt like home, we really enjoyed our stay there”
+The location of this guesthouse is amazing, it is clean and cozy, and we had a room with the view of the Gergeti Trinity Church and mountain Kazbeq, which was absolutely breathtaking. The host was really sweet, she lives nearby and was always happy to help us or to have a little chat :)
−We loved our stay, would definitely recommend to have a car, cause it’s quite uphill (like 10-13 minutes uphill from the main road), but the view was definitely worth it

“Super stay”
+Everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was very kind and responsive, and replied quickly to our messages. Great design, an excellent shower, and comfortable beds. There is also parking available outside. The apartment was warm, cozy, and very pleasant to stay in.
−The Wi-Fi didn’t work very well, but this was just a minor issue.

“Excellent logement confortable et équipé avec vue”
+Super séjour de dernière minute!! La météo n’étant pas bonne nous avons dû trouver une solution d’urgence et nous avons été accueillis gentiment et rapidement pour rester au sec. Le logement est hyper confort et le rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Très jolie vue!!

“Ok for a night but cold”
+Sehr freundlicher Empfang und schöner Bergblick, Zimmer soweit ok.
−Bad könnte etwas sauberer sein, besonders unschön fand ich jedoch, dass erst gegen 09 Uhr die Heizung für 2 Stunden angeschaltet wurde von der Gastgeberin trotz der Bitte diese einzuschalten. Außentemperatur 10 Grad…Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus…

+Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage oberhalb des Zentrums. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und bot einen schönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Außerdem war die Gastgeberin sehr nett und freundlich.
−Im Badezimmer lief leider ständig irgendwo etwas Wasser heraus, sodass der Boden eigentlich immer etwas nass war. Auch die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer hätte insgesamt etwas besser sein können.
