9.0“It was great and the person who assisted me online was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for having such a nice”
+Location, and how well equipped the room was.
−Suggestion: the pillows are too thick. I had to sleep without pillow because I couldn’t use them.

5.0“Decently priced crash-pad pod with well-equipped communal kitchen and possible parking, but non-working WiFi & TV.”
+The room, although small, was clean and well-organized. It possesses a spacious closet and a perfectly serviceable bathroom with shower. The buiding’s foyer is a communal kitchen that is fully equipped, for those who wish to prepare their own meals, or to use the communal refrigerator. Free parking is possible. The property adjoins a park.
−The property’s location, while central, is a bit far from everything, so count on at least 20-minute walks to sites of interest. It remained unclear whether parking is permitted along the park overnight. As the building is an AirBnB pod, plenty of neighbor-noise can surround you. Currently, construction is taking place around the building, so early morning noise is a factor, along with the smokers’ fumes of workers wafting into the room. My most vexing problem was that the WiFi, and thus the TV, did not work. A data-enabled phone was necessary, so foreign travelers, beware. Despite repeatedly contacting the property’s handler about this, I received no fix nor satisfaction, but instead merely bot-like responses from remotely-located management, which were entirely unhelpful.

9.0“Great place to stay when visiting Seattle!”
+Convenient location, street parking was not too difficult, beautiful neighborhood with a lot of cool houses to see, the Starwar's theme was fun, super comfortable bed and pillows, and easy communication with the host and simple check in.
−The toilet paper was the cheap, one ply Scott's toilet paper - a small thing, but everything else was nice and felt like good quality. The walls were also a little thin so we could hear the other guests some.
+Great stay!! Perfect for my needs. Great location.
+We loved everything about this home! Me and my husband were not really at the house but when we were we enjoyed it!
“Little Gem of a place”
+Great contact from the host, responded promptly & very accomodating. Lovely little place, very clean & welcoming. We stayed in Jabba's Palace. The room was nicely decorated, very bright and a happy feel. The bed was really comfy, loved the walk in wardrobe area to store your clothes & luggage etc. Had access to an iron & ironing board & a hairdryer in the bathroom. Toiletries provided smelled devine. Great place for access to downtown as bus stop right outside. Would book again if staying in Seattle.

7.0“Nice and worth the money”
+The check in/out instructions were very clear and friendly, the place is very neat and clean, there was a kettle in the room, which is so rare in the US and is a great thing to have in the room.
−Well, it is wooden. You hear people living next door to you sneeze, talk, walk etc. I did not turn on the AC as it is noisy as well, I just opened the window, as the window is on the quiet side, so you do not hear cars in the street. And I wish I had hexagons to be able to fix the toilet paper holder. All pillows are same size thick, so if you need a flat one, just bring your own.
+Room was very comfy☺️ shared master kitchen with other tenants.
+Room was clean and had basic necessities. Transport with walking distance. Within walking distance to a river and gas works park with a nice view for sunset.
+Nice location
