“Very Very Poor - Failure to communicate and Harassment”

−Property has sets of massive stairs that I couldn’t access, failed to inform me on this. Shared bathrooms are fair enough but still… Not a hotel- it’s a house failed to inform. Property owner called me multiple times in the morning and would not leave me alone because I requested to cancel the booking due to accessibility. Practically harassing me until I responded, very poor I’m appalled. Very poor… very upset.

“Worst place ever needs closing down.”

−Everything the place should be shut down i have photo and video evidence of the whole place, the flooring in the room was not laid properly was a trip hazard, the window sills was moldy and hanging off, there was no where to put clothes apart from a nail on the back of the room door, the communal bathroom the bath side panel was held on by gorilla tape the end panel was not connected just stood between the bath and toilet there was no toilet roll when arrived had to ask for it, there was nobody there the whole weekend to speak to about the issues not even when was leaving after my stay was nobody around so had to leave keys in the room, there was a small communal kitchen which was a work surface with a two hob electric cooker thing on the top no smoke alarm apart from one in the hallway, the TV would not work could not get any signal on it for the channels, and many more problems I have this is just a few, definitely was not worth £180 for 3 nights the state of it.

−This place is a joke. Pay to stay its dirty smells carpets haven't been cleaned in 10 years plus dont even a proper bath panel is duck tapped on then i dont even sit on the beds.i have to leave due to a emergency no.money back says has to.clean.room.and.bed sheets thay was never used the man is a theif and a.joke. should be shut down dont.use here unless you want to be robbed

−The property was not what it appeared to be online. As I approached another guest was leaving in haste and said he would not return. Patrick answered the door and seemed nice enough. He showed me to a room at the top of the stairs. Contact paper had been used as wall paper. The room was small with stained carpets and dusty crooked pictures and it was unclear when the comforter had last been washed. The bathroom was not ensuite but rather outside of the room and not secure. I was not comfortable remaining for the aforementioned reasons and let Patrick know. He verbally stated he would refund my money but when I emailed him the following day he said I hadn't stated a valid reason for leaving and he "had bills to pay," so he refused the refund. I will be taking it up with my cc company. I cannot recommend this booking. Better off staying elsewhere.

−I do not recommend this facility at all. I paid for a room I didn't use. As soon as I opened the front door, a terrible smell hit me. Dirty, everything old and broken. Such objects should not be allowed. Of course no refund possible. I believe that's what the owner of this facility earns. Just like me, I did not use the accommodation, but the money was already on the owner's account. Please avoid this place for your own safety. I didn't take pictures because I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. For the same price I found a great and clean place to stay.
