+Very nice spacious apartment, fully corresponds to the photo and description. Clean, tidy, quiet, safe. Fast internet connection. We recommend it to everyone who is going to Hue for a few days. Polite, considerate hosts, pleasant to talk to. There are no problems with check-in or accommodation.

“Basic homestay in Hue”
+We were in Hue for 2 nights and this place was adequate for our needs. After greeting us on arrival, we never saw the host or any staff again during our stay. The room was up several flights of a narrow staircase, with no help with our luggage, but it was very clean. There was an odd sort of 'kitchen' outside off the small balcony, which really wasn't that useful other than the fridge. The AC worked fine. It was very inexpensive, so decent value for money. Location-wise, I wish we had booked somewhere much closer to the Citadel as that was what we came to Hue to see. It was down a small alley, so was very quiet, even though off a very busy street and the Cozy Cafe next door was great!
−The bed was rock hard. The room was quite small. The staff were nowhere to be found. Not walking distance to the Citadel.

+A very comfortable guest house, clean and friendly. Simple, but perfectly sufficient.
−Tip: they only take cash payments in dong, no dollars, no credit card.

“Very good”
+Nice room in a quiet alley, next to a great restaurant, near a great Cafe. The fridge and kitchen was nice to have, especially since we ended up being there during intense rain and a 1 day flood.
−Beds were firm, but that's almost getting tiring to write. Would have been nice if there was a way to make coffee, or instant coffee/tea provided. The hot water didn't work for us in the shower. But that probably would have been fixed if we actually asked.

+The host was very kind and the location was right in the middle of things but still quiet since it's off the street.

“Comfortable and quiet stay. Highly recommend!”
+The property was well located, nearby shopping center, banks, restaurants. The room was light, clean and confortable. The staff were very friendly. I had good night sleep, it is just away enough from the Main Street to not hear any of the beepings and cars. Shower was good and air con worked very well.
−There was no cups in the room, and a couple of tea bags or coffee would have been appreciated. I would definitely stay here again though!
