“Special stay”
+An Absolutely Wonderful Stay - Made Special by an Amazing Lady! We had a lovely stay, but what truly made this experience unforgettable was the wonderful lady who looked after us. She was, without a doubt, one of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. She recommended the best restaurants, the most beautiful places to visit and even helped us find the perfect island tour. She went above and beyond to make sure her guests had the best possible experience in Phi Phi. But what makes her truly special is not just her knowledge or helpfulness; it is her beautiful heart, genuine kindness and the way she makes everyone feel welcome and cared for. You can really tell that she loves what she does and genuinely wants her guests to enjoy every moment of their stay. I would honestly come back and stay at this hotel again just to see her and say hello! People like her make all the difference and turn a simple hotel stay into a beautiful memory. Thank you for everything. You are truly special Juni! ❤️

+The lady at reception was very kind and helpful. She even walked me to the pier and accompanied me all the way to the ferry. I was also able to book the ferry and pickup through her at a good price. She was very accommodating and welcoming, and the room was clean.

+I absolutely loved my stay here! I was warmly welcomed and well taken care of from the very beginning. The room was great and very clean and quiet. Miss June made sure I had everything I needed, helped me book a day trip and my ferry and recommended some great restaurants. I loved all of her recommendations! She even walked me to the ferry to make sure everything went smoothly. She is such a lovely person and I was sad to leave at the end of my stay. I can highly recommend staying here and would come back anytime!

“Fantastic stay”
+We had an amazing stay there, Junnie at Reception was awesome she recommended us where to eat, what to visit and do on the island. She is a gem and real treasure for the hotel. The location was fantastic and the room was clean.

+The room was as described. Basic and clean. Air conditioning worked well. What gives this hotel 10/10 was the lady at the front desk. She was warm and welcoming and very helpful with food/activity suggestions and making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

+The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Everything else was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist kept talking about fines for every little thing , if you lose this, if you damage that, if towels get stained, and so on. It felt very uncomfortable and unfriendly instead of welcoming. When we entered the room, the pillow covers and bed sheets were dirty. I even showed photos to the receptionist, but she kept making excuses and saying it was “from the factory” or “just powder.” The bathroom was also in very poor condition, and the room did not even provide basic things properly. During checkout, they carefully inspected the towels looking for stains in a very rude way, even though they had already given us dirty bedding when we checked in. On top of that, they kept pushing us to buy tours and Phuket tickets from them, and after we bought cheaper tickets elsewhere, their attitude became worse. Very poor hospitality overall. I would not recommend staying here.
