+The lodge is amazing and we got to see elephants during the day and night next to our room. They quoted us a ridiculous amount for transport from/to Vic Falls so we had to make our own way there for a third of the price. There were more people going to Vic Falls the same day so I feel they could make an effort to make transport easy, fair and eco-friendly for their guests. Apart from that, we loved the lodge and the safari experience was amazing. We would have loved to stay more nights. Patrick was a great guide and spotter so 5 stars to him.
+The lodge is in a private concession full of wild animals. You can see everyday elephants coming to the lodge waterhole for drinking and bathing. People in the staff are very kind and ready to accomplish to all requests. Our salary guide Munya was great
+Staff of Raphael, Jamison and Patrick are incredible. Professional, knowledgeable, really nice guys.!! Property is amazing with animal viewing right in front of you. Thank you!

10.0+Another outstanding visit to Ivory Lodge. The courtesy and responsiveness of the staff is without equal. Great game drives. The watering hole just outside the rooms brought an abundance of wildlife. Bathrooms in the rooms could use a bit of updating and wifi in the rooms would be nice. But really very little to complain or worry. This was my 4th visit over the last 25yrs and will definitely come again.

10.0+I like that there is a waterhold in front of the hide. Every day, our group will see a lot of animals especially elephants (lots of them) at the waterhold enjoying salt deposit. Each villa is nice. I got an upgrade to suite and really love it. I highly recommend booking the suite. I stayed in Villa no. 9, where it is located at the fence of the property. I can heard and feel elephants walked passby the Villa at night. Love love it. Staff is amazingly nice, professional and attentive. They made sure that we were comfortable but you don't really feel them hover around you. We were there in Winter but were comfortable in the room as they have electric blanket (there are no heaters in the room and it was cold even we were from NY). Munkey (the general manager) is funny. He really cares for animal. Our guide, Peter, is very good spotting animals. We saw elephants, buffaloes, lions, cheetah etc. The coordinator worked directly with our driver to make sure that the pick-up and drop off was seamless and went without any problems. Thank you for taking good care of our group. Hope we can return in the future.
+This was the best experience we have ever had. The staff were all professional and the accommodations, food and activities were all fabulous!
“We enjoyed everything!”
+With wonderful experienced safari guide, we were so happy to see a lot of animals including very rare ones like painted dogs, cheetahs, lion hunting and so on. And in the evening at the hide, many elephants came so close and I was just breathless! Only one thing which I wished to be better was a wi-fi condition. But other experience was too good to cover that.
“Very nice place”
+The place has a very good and convenient location close to the Hwange National Park. The best thing about it is a small water pond where elephants gather. I would suggest to go for the all-inclusive package as it means you can have as many safaris and park rides as you want and it is all included. The staff was very good. Their staff Jamie is fantastic, she was very welcoming and friendly and helped us organize our time at the lodge. Peter, our park driver, was also very good. We did not appreciate the bad information Ivory Lodge gave us regarding how to reach them - they advised us to fly from Harare to Bulawayo Airport, which we, unfortunately, did. Instead it would have been much faster/easier to fly from Harare to Victoria Falls Airport. When we realized this, it was too late to change our tickets and we lost considerable amount of time commuting. This was a big mistake on their park.
