+Same like exactly a year before: quiet location, close to the highway and bus stop (from/to Ruzomberok, Liptovsky Mikulás and Besenová spa), train station on foot app. 15 minutes, Besenová spa 45 minutes. Comfortable beds, room and kitchen section equipped with every necessary things, spacious bathroom, everything nice and clean.
−No bad experience with anything.

“Exceptional”
+Everything neat and clean. Full equipped kitchen in the room, spacious bathroom (and shower), comfortable bed. Backyard area for sitting out or playing. Well working wifi. Located in a small and quiet village - bus stop less than 10, train station and normal-size grocery store 15 minutes walkway, Besenova spa 5 minutes by car or bus, 45 minutes on foot (on safe road without steepness).
−Access code was sent only after phoning the owner at the house.

“Excellent hosts and good availability of necessary items for cooking, etc. 10/10”
+The location is in a quiet neighborhood despite being close to a main road. Pretty big backyard and neatly arranged rooms are also nice.

“Very nice house”
+The room where I slept is very large, very clean, with its own bathroom and toilet. Ivachnová is a peaceful village on the bank of the river Vach. The house is entered with a code. Attention!!!! Very important!!! Before coming here you must get the access code because you will not be able to enter the house.
−Make contact with the owner of the house to get the access code. Otherwise, you will be left sleeping outside.

“Perfect stay in this renowated cosy place, I would come again!”
+I loved that there was own bathroom and a small kitchen in my room. Also the property and the village was so calm.
−There were some small spiders but it was easy to get rid of them.

−It would be nice to get the entrance code earlier if the room is ready. The light in the corridor shines for 5 seconds???
