“Excellent in most respect.. satisfied and will be back!!”
+Breakfast spread was fabulous!! Taste was also delicious.
−Food served in room however lacked both imagination and taste. House keeping lacked the eye for detail and hence broken tissue paper boxes were in the toilet. House keeping personnel should be discouraged from approaching guests with small notes with their names written on them for 'mention' in reviews.

+My stay at ITC Royal was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality, elegant ambience, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcomed. Every aspect of the stay reflected a wonderful blend of luxury, comfort, and thoughtful service. What stood out most was the way the team made the experience feel personal rather than just professional. The beautiful surroundings, relaxing atmosphere, and impeccable service came together to create a stay that was as refreshing as it was luxurious. Luxury is not just about beautiful spaces; it’s about how a place makes you feel, and ITC Royal certainly gets that right. I left with lovely memories and a genuine desire to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an experience that goes beyond an ordinary hotel stay! ✨

+Best hotel.in Kolkata
−Road access is not safe. West Bengal Government should revamp road infrastructure as per international standards if India expects international travellers to come all the way from West or East. Urgent need for roundabouts....everywhere.

“Disappointing, again.”
+After my previous disappointing experience, I did not stay here for a long time. The hotel unfortunately does not respond to emails and calls, even though emails reach the customer asking us to connect for airport pick-ups. Escalating the customer request is blocked by lack of public email and direct phone numbers, the call center is unfortunately quite unhelpful. I was lucky that I had the number of an old senior contact in the ITC group who helped me reach the ITC Royal Management.
−Carpets in the hallway had the same crumbs for two day. The bathroom toiletries were all awry and in disarray. These little lapses increase the trust deficit about the overall service.
