“Disappointed”
+We liked that it was on the water. The bed was clean
−Extremely tight space. No hot water at kitchen sink. No hot water at basin in shower. Shower head could not stay at the top of shower due to crack in plastic. The hot water lasted 2 min, so the shower was really quick. The kitchen cupboard under the sink could do with another shelve, as everything was pushed in, so the dustpan and hand broom was right next to the clean knives and forks. The food available was already open and used halfway, like the bagels. The fridge was stocked with a year's worth of small chicken spread. The small deck is such a nice space but needs a good sweep and cleaning, and a slightly smaller table. We had such high expectations for this place. It was one of the most expensive places we stayed in our Europe trip, and unfortunately, we ended our trip with such disappointment. It is not at all as the advert shows. There is just no personal touch and care. This property should not be on Bookings.com.

“Nice experience, but far from Amsterdam”
+The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures, beautiful. It was clean and well organized, and breakfast is already provided in the accommodation itself, which made things much easier.
−We had an issue with check-in. Google Maps sent the accommodation location to the other side of the river. I walked a long distance to get there and ended up having to take an Uber to find it. Aside from that, we later discovered that there is a bus stop about a 20-minute walk from the house, but it still takes around 1 hour to get to Amsterdam.

“Great one nighter”
+I did not use the breakfast. The area is beautiful but it is n bit of a walk to the nearest public transport. The accommodation was good value for money and for the one night I stayed over. A new experience staying on the water.

“Lovely stay in unique house boat. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again. Many thanks.”
+Great attentive hosts, breakfast and quirky location.
−A bit of noise from nearby airport but it did die down overnight. Just a very minor comment

+Our hosts were great. The place is really cozy and cute.
−At the beginning we couldn't belive there is no wifi, but at the end we realized that was actually good. We spent great quality time together and enjoyed it even more. Nice break from the screen. 😀
