“Disgusting and roach infested.”
+The front desk gentleman was nice.
−They are fully aware of a roach infestation and continue to let people book rooms then not refund them. Did not stay the night here. Left when I killed three live roaches and saw where other guest in the past had to kill them too on the wall. Disgusting.

+The bed was very comfortable. The parking was free and only a short drive from downtown.
−The facilities were shabby and the breakfast was severely lacking.

“It was all good technically.”
+It was over a good stay.
−Guys at desk didnt seem to know too much. The shuttle night time is only 6pm into downtown. They have other times during the day. But I picked here because they claim they have free shuttle into downtown at night. Sure if its dark at 6pm. Lol. But it was all good.

“Great but sulfur water coming out of my jacuzzi tub 🤮💩”
+Everything about the place except for the water and the jacuzzi tub that I rented smelled of sulfur. That's actually pretty gross when you're going to try to get in a hot tub. I've had this before and I figure it's something in the ground that they can't control but that's not true. They could put a complete water filtration system from the ground level into their building or something like that and it would take care of that problem. That would be a massive expense and you know a lot of these owners are very frugal so they're probably not going to do that but that would solve that problem.....

“No Wi-Fi and you got to be a track starter run a mile to go get Wi-Fi run back before you lose it”
+Nothing
−No Wi-Fi I was told to walk around the building and tried to connect and then come back to my room and try to connect which is ludicrous

“This hotel had stained bed covers and bugs.”
+Location to downtown Savannah was good
−There are only two to three entrances into the hotel (two or one side entrance and the main front entrance) and at night they locked the side entrance. This is a fire hazard on top of inconvenience if you park near the side of the hotel. Also, saw a cockroach/palometto bug in the hallway.
